This video reminds me of how MCM videos used to be, all the time. Good times...
Yep
so true
+EyesOnThe2.5i Next Episode: How to Put a Fire in Your Car (the boys set fire to a car to demonstrate)
+EyesOnThe2.5i Soo, what you meant to say is, nothing's changed and times are still good.
+EyesOnThe2.5i Yes this video is more of their "original" style, and I like it a lot, I also like their build videos a lot too ;)
Always love hearing Moog say "Marty will show you the tools you're gonna need" and it just cuts to Marty going "so here are the tools you're gonna need".
How to install a fire extinguisher - First, jack up your car.
Exact same thought :D
Gonna need this for when I play my mixtape
lol nooooo
so u can inhale the concentrated CO2 from the extinguisher after hearing that lame shit
+Andrew Chezhian its not a co2, its a dry chemical
+thenerdling1 sorry I meant CO3 mate it was a typo
+SNJ Steaddyy Go away Sheryl ...

Step 1: Jack your car up!
+JP05CPSN step 1 buy a car
+JP05CPSN step 1 work and get money
+Felipe “Feliflan” Molina we all miss them ;/
+JP05CPSN Step 2: Eat a veggie Burger.
im sorry but step one is get a car
500,000 people probably didn't need to watch this video, but find both of you so entertaining that they can't help but watch what you're up to.
WHERE IS THE $3000 TURBO CAR CHALLENGE PART 11!!!!!
I CANT WAIT FOR IT
+anewacc oh hell yea, how did you know?
+POWERSTAGE GAMING turned into a $5000 challenge, or the Mitsubishi will stand no chance... :D
+POWERSTAGE GAMING Juuuuuust as soon as they figure out how to get PlasticFantastic running well enough to threaten a kid on a skateboard. Then Moog's Mutated ArchitectJet will be substituted by a kid on a skateboard.
+anewacc its tomorrow still no episode
Did Marty just say "that's not an Evo, mate"? Maaan, Chuning Fork really got him to stop.
I guess its quite important considering its 4/20.
Happy 4/20 guys
+Asher Ramsay 420!!
Why do you guys both have Thomas the train profile pics
+Kyle cos nigga we WOKE
+Chris P Bacon
um smoking marijuana is illegal
Awesome, I was crawling around my car yesterday trying to work out how to mount my extinguisher, and arrived at a similar solution to Marty, but I think this is a bit better, lucky I haven't started yet. Please continue to upload information and instruction just as I require it, thank you.
I've missed these mod videos, loved to see this type of video again! However I am certainly not complaining about the turbo challenge! All MCM videos are awesome!
That paper cut hurt from over here, dudes.
+DaedalusZero How far did the pain go?
DE Nichols
Florida lol
It's 2:00am and I have a project due tomorrow, but you know, new video.
It's refreshing to go back to your old style DIY videos with the background music, editing and what-not. Love it, cheers guys!
Thank you for bringing these kind of mods back
come on guys, was hoping for the next challenge video 😨
right
I was too 😠
hey even the guys at mcm need a break
Safety first.
I got excited then my world was shattered!
i like these DIY mod videos. like the old days. here have a like
I really enjoy the better production quality with the camera work. The shoot done in the white "dream-catcher" on Marty using the vice really looked cool.
Iove this video! It gives me a nostalgic feel. MCM going back to it's roots with awesome DIY.
Don't get me wrong though, I still love all your content.
Also worth noting that you should get the right kind of fire extinguisher for engine fires. Water will do nothing on an oil/gas fire. Get ABC or Halon, preferably Halon because it leaves no residue and it's approved for aircraft.
*Carbon Dioxide
HJZ75driver
Is that what's approved for racing? I wouldn't know. I just know the Halon ones for aircraft.
UnlinealHand if its approved for aircrafts the. Wasabi 9000 needs it
Damn gents. I had never seen a threaded rivet before. Mind blown. Thanks, and keep it up.
i've been subscribed for years, before you all even went on tours and meets, let me tell you, im suprised Just Car Insurance is still your sponser of choice and Im happy for you guys you seem to be improving alot. Rivot Tools, Tool Boxs, Shed, Garage and a MCM sign, new intro, its just pleasing to see people improve.
I really miss this kind of videos, mods that my old school dad can understand, remember when you guys start doing videos in your garage, a lot of DIY
This was like an old school classic MCM episode. I love it :D
So is this
Part 11! NOW.ive been waiting
please keep these DIY videos coming....
Dont get me wrong when i say this, I am inspired by your success. reflecting on how far you guys have come...but these new videos of project cars, showing of to fans... etc just seem like reality TV...
just like old days MCM videos were the most enjoyable to watch.
Thanks for another great video guys. Always thought about getting one but wasn't sure about securing it. Decided to remove the broken center console in my 73' mach 1 mustang and replace it with an extinguisher. Useful and it looks better then a giant black blob.
Where's the next video? Been waking up each morning excited for a new ep, but left disappointed to find nothing :/
I know what you mean I'm going to be an o.a.p by time get next episode I mean fair enough they do have life outside of mcm but shouldn't start series if not going to finish it!
when you get the notification and you're like wtf are these crazy cats doin now
I miss these videos!
The reason why I became a MCM fan in the first place. Instructional videos, showing me things I can do to my own car
Please make more!
i like the two different styles of putting them in, nice work. need more stuff like this.
I waited all week for the next $3000 car challenge and all I got was this stupid fire extinguisher! #maaaaaaaad
3:18 - Cue epic music
why don't you demand a refund? oh wait..
Well this is definantly the most needed addition to 2sexy😂😂
+Quint Huyers Heh, you speak the truth sir!
i bet moog wishes he had one of these in his first nissan...
+gearhed3113 Wasn't that from a bush fire?
IDK maybe, i just know it burned
@@gearhed3113 Can confirm, 4 years later that it was in fact from a bush fire.
Lol at Marty saying "and it's safety, too" while leaning on a power drill with the bit pushed against a smooth metal surface, mind and eyes wandering around while he remembers some story, then drilling that metal without eye protection.
Love the DIY videos from these guys.
Step 1: Open your door
Step 2: Put the Extinguisher in.
Step 3, have an unsecured fire extinguisher slam into the back of your skull everytime you need to brake hard.
cut holes in the back bumper and make a rear diffuser for the sabb , because race car
Well... an 11 minute video how to screw a extinguisher on something... Learned a lot today guys.
+boedhaspeaks an ofcourse
i started to miss these DIY vids for a while
I like the how to videos a lot more keep it up
the fire extinguisher match's Marty's interior
extra 10% boost
Throwback Thursday! It's like an old episode of MCM. Thanks for the great upload guys :D
Yess!!! I missed these types of videos, seems like its been years! Never ever ever stop!!
you should treat those drilled holes with some antirust paint.. just sayin
their inside so I'm sure they will be fine
+Jack Dreeling drill goes outside under floor so those holes are all way out
+Grzegorz thought you meant the bar in Marty's car and year if they are they should
+Jack Dreeling ya ;)
+Grzegorz maybe he likes them rough c;
I wnt to the website but I can't find where to buy the hairy nuts!
you have to route around and really search for the finest hairy nuts.
My stickers arrived yesterday. Whoop wooop. Only took literally a few days for them to arrive in the UK. Thanks mighty car mods! 😆
Mighty Car Mods you guys are the best!!! Thank you for makeing videos. Thank you for taking time to make us happy!!
I have always kept one in my car even sense my 1987 Fiero caught on fire in 1995. I did manage to put it out by ripping out the radiator over flow tank and pouring it on the engine. Sold this car soon after cool little car tho fun to drive.
You should do a how to install a GPS tracker in your car for the next time yours gets stolen you can track it !!!!
"These are the tools you gonna need..."
Just like the early videos!!
MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!!
Excellent video as always! Hopefully my car vids can be on the same level some time soon haha
YEA! NEW MCM! And a DIY vid! Back to the roots of the channel! Love it!
not having a fire extinguisher is weight reduction, plus bonus, fires reduce more weight
4 view crew son!
+DeleriousZ Congratulations - You won the unicorn wang.
+Mighty Car Mods damn just missed the unicorn Wang
+Mighty Car Mods Damn.. I wanted unicorn wang.. :(
i liked it because it rhymed.
+DeleriousZ I was 4th view as well how does that work o.o
back at it again with the mad diy keep them coming
This thing just saved my RX-8. When I was roaming around, my car stalled for no reason and I tried to bring it back on. As I did that, the cat went on fire due to the unburnt fuel, caused by a dead spark plug, ignited with immense exhaust heat. I grabbed the fire extinguisher and it saved my ass that day. It's one of the greatest investment of owning a tuner car, in my opinion.
Step 1: Open doorStep 2: Put fire extinguisher in carStep 3: Drink a beer
come on boys upload something
+mistaajam I know you weren't talking to me, but okay, I will. :)
Did you see the newest final battle between too5xy and Waasabi? Oh. So good!
+DE “AutoBravado” Nichols oh it was well worth the wait....the video was so well made
mistaajam This doesn't happen often, but my whole family at one point was watching! I woke my daughter up to it. She woke up very happy and loved.
I have to say mates, your's is the only channel I watch the videos to the very last second. So many gems right there at the end :D
This is the reason why I subscribed to you guys. While I may not be installing a fire extinguisher in my car(s), the How To video was comical to watch. I almost died at Bluetooth Vibrator fire, hahahaha.
If i drilled holes in the floor of my car to mount something, I would definitely paint the bare metal before I install a riv-nut. Otherwise, instant rust.
Except that the holes that are now in the floor of the Saab will start to rust
get stainless nuts. problem solved!
+Rick te Kronnie now*
+JeremyDelinela Damn you grammarnazi, you are right sir, thank you!
rubberized undercoating paint will help against rust. Just because the rivnut is stainless doesn't mean the rest of the floor will rust.
+petey2crazy yep i didn't read it right i thought for some reason he was talking about the nuts
i love that you guys have your own shop now, can you guys do a video tour?
It's nice to see some good ole "how to" videos. That's what first brought me to MCM season 2.
>fire extinguisher under force in car will make it fall
>puts inside 2sexy
*Waits until 4/20 to upload*
+22laith22 4/20 is nearly over in Aus tho
+22laith22 I thought it was the 20/4/2016. Seeing as I like everything in a logical order, like the metric system.
+22laith22 except its 20/4 here in australia mate
I got one in my pickup. Always good to have. Just make sure its A, B and C rated (US standards don't know if its different in other countries) so it can put out all the types of fires your or someone else vehicle would encounter.
...my initial thought was that I didn't need a tutorial to fit a fire extinguisher, but then I saw Moog's nuts and was riveted...never seen them before and it just goes to show that this show is always worth a watch...
Glad the music is back.
Adds too much weight
any good recommendations on where to put it in my s13 240 so its within easy reach? without disturbing driver or passenger comfort
new high profile sponsor? cornutz is a serious score guys congrats
07:41 best part...LMAO
+Rafeek Ameer lol
+Rafeek Ameer Okay, that is good. I really liked this joke: 2:33 Just get some ethanol, that'll fix it. :)
(after the papercut)
Marty please take those stupid gauges that do nothing off of your hood. Its Free!
Or actually hook them up
+Nick Torres Agree 100%!
Then there would be 3 holes in his hood...
+Nick Torres Weight reduction!
This reminded me the olden days with old music and all thank you :)
The second fastening method worked like a charm. Excellent advice!
Sorry mates seems a bit to tricky for me, I'll hang back on this mod
was anyone else expecting open boot put in boot close boot
been here since 58k keep up the awesome work!
Great episode MCM!
You guys are on fire! 😜
only true fans will know what im talking about at 11:35
i love those things
Hell Yeah, little Easter eggs
+Brentan Coates i know what you mean :)
Some things that absolutely should be done differently...
1: You should be able to reach it while strapped down with a 6p.
2: One litre is often way to small if fuel is on fire
3: You might one for the interior which doesn't destroy wiring, carpet etc and one (larger) suited for exterior/engine compartment (not in the engine compartment)
4: Some incurence companies will reduce your cost if you have this
5: Good that you guys show that people should have these but why have an episode for something that basic 😂
But then again, it's you guys... You don't do things @ 100% but people love u 😉
Woo finally some DIY videos even though i'll never do this particular mod! :D
Dat was MAD, was just checking out Riv Nuts the other day, and now you're talking about them lol
WTF... I need a vid to install a fire extinguisher?! So disappointed I thought you boys had pulled your finger out and finally finished up your challenge. Awww well.
Wrong! First step, jack up your car.
No MCM, we want another episode of the turbo challenge!!!!
Oh man, I missed these little tutorial episodes with maaaaaaaaaaaaaad music. Thanks m8s!!
I hope this isn't the only episode for the week. I've been checking CZcams everyday for the past week waiting for another video.
From all the way over in Canada keep up the good work mates
I love this how to's keep them coming 👍🏻
Only These guys can make a Fire Extinguisher video so entertaining.
I think I might actually do that in my car - it's like a year before I head to the track and need it for CAMS regs, but I like the idea of having one in case I need to help myself or someone else on the road.
Love this video, I've kept a fire extinguisher in all my vehicles for the last 10 years.
You both put more effort into installing the Fire extinguishers than I did with my car. I grabbed a drill, my extinguisher and some sell tapping screws and job done. Now I have nasty sharp pointy screws sticking out from under my car.
+Joe Will hope you dont roll your car, 2kg of fire ext flying around the cabin when the selftappers pull through with enough g force.
That's awesome! I really like Marty's but those rivet nuts blew my mind!!
How do you adjust the seat in Marty's car. All the cars I have driven have the seat movement release handle in the same space as that extinguisher?
you made my mouth water when you brought out the corn nuts.
Finally the good old might car mods that everyone likes is back!
Should this work on a 2 door coupe/hatch with foldable front seats?
