I'm 26 years old, so when I tell people I do your 'Walk at Home' videos to loose weight most people laugh. But it works for all ages! These videos aren't just for middle age women.
What why do people laugh 😩😩😩😩 but walking is actually essential for people who are aiming to lose stored fat. 🥺 if you for walk 30 minutes or more, ur body will switch to burning stored fats compared to carbohydrates. high intensity cardio mostly burns carbs and only 20% of stored fats.
Don't mind them 😅😅😅 they probably dont know that yet thats why they laugh at you 😁😁😁
Absolutely! I'm 26 as well. These are fabulous workouts for maintaining some cardiovascular endurance and overall fitness. People who laugh are silly. ♥️

Thank you very much dear Leslie Sansone and team. I'm from Indonesia. My sister introduced me this WALK WALK WALK, 1month ago. Since that, i follow your programmes 4-5times a week....and i always do what you always say: "POWER WALK, TUMMY TUG, LIFT YOUR KNEE, POWER WALK!". I really love all your workouts, it's fun, energic, powerfull, and i don't feel bored at all. 5 times a week in 1month, i can feel the result now....i can wear my trousers which didn't fit since 5months ago. I have a knee pain since 3years ago....and you know what? Since i did your workout, now the pain is slowly gone, i can feel my knee stronger now, i'm very happy😀 I will do walk walk walk again, and again, i want to be healthy, i want to keep my knee stronger, my foot, my leg, all part of my body, upper and lower. So Leslie helped me get fit in 1999. Unfortunately, from 2005 onwards, my fitness and motivation dropped and I don't even want to say how unfit and overweight I am now. I've just completed this video and although I am exhausted, it went really quickly and I didn't do as badly as I thought I would. So I think I will be following Leslie again, she's excellent. She is definitely a fantastic example of how being fit slows the ageing process - she doesn't look much different from 20 years ago.

I decided to try this vid after slowly rebuilding my body back up from a double knee injury. I restarted on 1 mile in June and incremented by 5 min every week. Today I did 40 min for the first time in a long time w/ no pain. I recognized this vid was from my 1st walking at home dvd set I had in 2014. These were my 2 fav segments out the entire set. Today is my birthday and my gift was to prove I can still do it, seeing my blast from the past vids was the icing on the cake. Thank you Leslie from the bottom of my heart.

This video is fantastic. I am 55 and a lot of the videos all though great were making me feel old by not being able to keep up the pace (haven’t exercised in years). I happened on this video by sheer stroke of luck. Definitely age appropriate and so proud of myself when I finished and felt ready to take on the day!!!
