I kinda can't believe that the customers mention jimmy's sweat to him. I would consider it very rude to say something like that especially in a high class restaurant. Even if people expect better from a high-end place, to call them out on it is very rude.

I love this season. It has a genuine authenticity that is missing from the later seasons.
I think the older Hell's kitchen are the best. It was a lot more grounded. No fancy big lights or live audiences, just a really tense situation with amateur cooks. It was great!

I have craneal hyperhydrosis, basically at the slightest change of temperature can make me sweat so much, so I'm really empathic with this guys and yes, it's really rude and doesn't help to him to calm him. When we sweat like that, we get nervous, and I have nervous sweat too so when I had a date in summer it was really hard to maintain calm when I sweat by the warm. It is what it is and I'm almost used to it and people to see it but not everyone it's used to like me

this is a place where you would pay a few hundred dollars a plate and the thing really don't want is a sweaty/dirty waiter close to your food, that's the same reason why Gordon makes a fuss about every little thing, most of the things he bitch about are actually quiet nice for your average restaurant but that's not the experience that's not the standards this restaurant have
