I feel bad for the server who seemed to be on the verge of tears while telling her table they were out of fries.
She actually does cry in the shot right after this clip ends in the full episode, and the other waitress gives her a hug. I felt so bad for them.
Waitress here! Depending on where my mental health stood at the moment I would definitely either:
1. Panic and cry
2. Low key shade the owner to my table as I hold back visible frustration
If I was in that position I’d literally tell the customers that their food isn’t coming and they should just leave. I’d probably quit and leave with them.

The same thing kinda happened with me but I was the customer at another place.
I ordered wings and they were cold in the middle when going back to get me freash ones the waiter came back and told me they didn't have any more.
Anything else I wanted they claimed to not have it (mind you I was the only meat eater in my group so they had salads or something.)
And anything they did had was gross and horrible and they still wanted me to pay, I only paid for the bread and drink I had then when tr cook came out I told him "don't worry I'll go somewhere else to eat cause I'm starving,"
Went right next door to thier computation and got a very good meal and when hearing what happened to me they even gave me a 20 percent discount
