Krusty - First view of the OBS GM Regular Cab Shortbed!!

How I transformed this cheap heap OBS Chevrolet into something worthwhile! Ok maybe you don't think so. But we're swapping on a fleetside bed, doing rust repair, deep cleaning the interior, upgrading wheels, tires and exhaust and installing an updated 1998 front clip as well. Follow along as we convert Krusty the 1992 Chevy K1500 from a turd into a thing of beauty! (Or at least something that isn't as much of an eyesore!)

That truck has a lot of potential. I too don't like the step side as much but my favorite teacher in Elementary School bought an 88 step side Silver Silverado trim in 1987. They live near my work and still have the truck 35 years later and I see her husband drive by in it. They have kept it up well and it's really clean.

I enjoy all the "slogging through" the wiring or whatever it is your working on to make it run. I'm not a trained mechanic just a shade tree guy, so it helps by watching you go through it and the problems that you "tackle" helps me "tackle" my junk! Confused?.....me too. Just keep doing what your doing..I'm learning stuff👍.

My brother has a 1990 Z71 4x4 step side. He bought it in 1991, it was on the lot a year. He financed it at 19% interest rate. 😂😂😂.
