I was an EPS Membership for about 3.5 years but after resignation I have withdrawn all amount (zero balance) from EPS and EPF both for medical treatment. After recovery about 2 years I will join new service soon. But I didn't know whether I lost my EPS membership or not as my EPF wages is 20000/- and which is more than 15000/-.
An early reply will help me a lot as well as to free from anxiety.

I tried to transfer pf to current employment. But it got reject with two reasons
1. Eps contributed for higher wages, provide clarification
2. Father's name differs (but father name is same in aadhar and pf account, why it got rejected with this reason).
Hi madam. I became PF member in 2013 so I am eligible for EPS but still My PF transfer getting failed, and they are asking me to submit annexure K to prove that I am eligible for EPS. When I am trying to upload my EPS annexure K, In Grievance page, I am not able to upload my annexure K due to technical issue "Error while attaching the document" issue, I never succeed in uploading it. I sent to Regional office Akurdi Pune via email but they are not responding at all. Every week I am attending zoom meeting with RO Akurdi pune but they are not helping much, How can I resolve my problem?

Your employer will send that request letter to EPFO. Contact your employer.
Hello Madam, I'm Transferring PF from Old Org to New one & got same rejection cause from EPFO.
In Old Org Only for 5 months wages was 15001 & for one month it was 15242 after to this for 3yrs wages is 15000.
So, Whole EPS amount will get credited back to EPF or Just for those months where wages are above 15000.

Very nicely explained but can you also tell about the case when person is eps member from 2012 and still claim getting rejected on the transfer with same message that member joined after 2014 and wage greater then 15000 , how to fix this

19c bharke pf ka amount nikal liya hai 10c ka nahi nikla kyonki service 10 year ho gayi thi ab new id ban gayi hai ab kya pension sevice history nai member id me online transfer kar sakte hai
nahi , old Member id ka scheme Certificate banwa lo.
Hello , Please advise .. My PF transfer claim has been rejected with reason "WAGES ARE MORE THAN 15000 NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EPS BUT ESTT REMITED EPS CONTRIBUTION PLZ CLARIFY EPS MEM" . My present empoyer told me that my previous employer had incorrectly remitted the contribution to EPS account & they needs make arrangement for correction however my previous employer is not responding to me now. Is there any other option available to resolve this issue ?
