But I have a doubt.
My friend working in a Partnership company where 85 employees are working. The Company is registered under EPFO. But, it covers PF only to 11 persons. Remaining employees are not covered. Of course, salary of all those employees are more than Rs. 20000.
As per rule, it is not mandatory to cover employees whose salary is more than Rs. 15000. Citing this rule, the company doesn't cover PF for 74 employees.
Pl advise me whether this is right?

Sir 2018 me 60 age ho gayi or retirement bhi. Par abhi tak kisi Karan se pension shuru nahi karwai hai. 2023 me karwane wala hu to mujhe koi extra benifits milega. 2018 me eps pension shuru hona tha ,to sir 2018 se 2023 tak ka pension amount milta hai ya nahi jo shuru nahi karwai hai.
Par sir agar usne pf withdraw kiya hai use exemption milega ?
