Hi Mam, Previous employers m EPS tha But new company main Non-EPS mambed hai because basic salary more then 15k tha jiske wagah se claim reject ho raha hai

It is informed that you are an EPS member in your previous establishments. Howevr EPS contribution has not been paid in your current establishment PYKRP1609143/135491 and you are NON EPS member in your current establishment. The same may be clarified

But when a member is not a member of EPS due to higher PF salary i.e 15000/ then at the time of uploading ECR an error comes showing that the member is not a member of EPS. Then how the question comes that the establishment deduct EPS by mistake the transfer will be stopped.
The facility of not allowing eps in ecr had made recently. Previously the system was allowing whatever entered more than ceiling amount.
Pension amount Settlement last month ka wages dekha jata hai ya average k hisab se ? previous company ka pf present mai transfer kiya tha present mai. pension 10c only 450/- he aya pf officer bol raha hai apka last wages 443/- he hai usi k base par calculation kiya hai
Your withdrawal benefit (10C) amount has been calculated correctly as per table D of Employees Pension Scheme 1995.based on the last wages Rs 443/- in the present PF account number and length of service in all the PF accounts. Contribution in Pension fund does not affect the authorised amount for withdrawal benefit. Hence, it is confirmed that there is no further scope of releasing further amount
