My first organization made this mistake and my Form 13 got rejected due to Non EPS member. I have informed same to my previous employer to correct it. Now my question is about current employer they've also started contributing in EPS account bcz my previous employer did. Do I need to ask my current employer to correct it as well? Or how it will work?
If you already eps member from your first job & your basic salary is below 15000 then you are a continuou pension member

Dear Sir,
I started working in 2016 and my basic is above 15000/- and I have changed 3 employers since then. All three employers contributed to EPS. all previous EPS/EPF funds have already been transferred to the present employer.
Shall I need to ask all three employers to provide/submit form 3A to transfer EPS to EPF? Or is, Submission of form 3A by the present employer enough?

@@anupamsta they said they have deduct properly. There is nothing to do from their end. I don’t know why EPFO is rejecting PF. The point here is we should not have transferred pf from 1 organisation to another organisation

Hi I joined a company where my basic was less than 15000, now joined a 2nd company where the basic is greater than 15000. My previous company started the EPS contribution, which is getting continued in my present company as well. Now, my claim is rejected saying more than 15000 per month wages and having EPS account. What should I do?

Exactly Same Problem. Employer submitted Form 3A with letter but PF department saying Form Not received.
You need to ask acknowledgement copy from copy of submission letter

Hai sir i need your suggestion, in one case the employees gross salary 60,000 PM is there. And basic wages as per that company 50% of gross salary. Thats means 30,000 PM. While the time of contribution of PF EPF wages and EPS wages taken as 30000. But EDLI Wages taken as 15,000. And Pf contribution only 1800, eps contribution 1250 and diff is 550. But this calculation is wrong. My question is how to rectify this error.
1) ln future contribution I considered 15,000 as epf and eps wages any objection raise by dept. Because in salary slip basic is 30,000 is there and already in pf previous contribution time show as 30,000.
2) What's the wages i enter in the table of epf wages at the time of new employees join to pf portal. In need your valuable suggestion sir.

My date of joining is 2011 but epf field officer rejecting with the same reason because DOJ showing in new UAN is 2016 and now am looking to merge old pf number in New UAN number so i can prove my doj is 2011 . Is it possible? And how to do it?

Sir, my PF transfer got rejected with reason as "PLS VERIFY EPS ELIGBILITY". I have tried searching but dont know what this reason means. Pls help. I downloaded the passbook and see that Pension is getting added every month so dont know why this reason.

And it's been 2 months already after the merge, I see transfer in amount in my new pf passbook. Just the EPS money which was merged to EPF can't be tracked anywhere. Please suggest what would be the right approach? Please make a detailed video as well if possible.
