Try to open in incognito mode, it might going to work. Every page you will get captcha, and need to re-enter every thing from scratch, for 4 minutes work it took almost 4-5 hours time. Gov not doing single work correctly, why gov employees getting salaries. Each PF office ask different documents to reset mobile number along with the letter, Common documents should be asked for speedy work, As their taking 15 days time for updation. In some PF office thy are very much arrogant while communication as we have did any crime for not updating recent mobile number. Kindly take this as a serious issue and remove this OTP option atleast for time being
