As long as our dashing host sticks with the lush and beautiful aspects of DA - high quality materials, aged in a beautiful way (think leather), deep dark rich colors, and I would say the coziness of a room translates to comfortable, luxurious fabrics, it’s a great look for him! The thing about peaky blinders is that the aesthetic often doesn’t work so well in real life because you stand out like a sore thumb, especially with the hat. 99.9% of attempts looks like cosplays. So if he can give a practical, non cosplay take on it, that’d be really cool.

Even the show costumes were made using traditional heavy fabrics to get a good drape, but suit fabrics today are very thin and polyester heavy. Unless you fork out for a decent materials, you’re right it’ll look like a halloween costume every time

I make sure my shirts and shorts are made of 100% linen to help. So some outfit ideas to go with nice quality flip flops/slip ons/boat shoe (or whatever extremely hot weather shoe you recommend) and shorts would be appreciated! We dress it up here with a nice button up shirt tucked in with a stylish belt and shorts with around a 7inch inseam to keep cool. It's hard not wear the same thing everyday! So some ideas for variety, including very casual/semi formal etc. and style ideas would be appreciated. Love your content!
