Hello doc,I have been diagnosed with hypothyroid(extreme level)and cholestrol,my doc suggested me to take 150mcg dose n pills for cholestrol too. After that i took all mediciene on time and with help of your videos i follow all ur instruction like brazil nuts,coriander water apricot oil massage yoga etc,next month my all reports were totally normal ,now im taking 100mcg,kya ye bhi bnd nhi ho skti means ye improvement mediciene ke karn hi hai ya meri beemari thik horhi hai
