I have thyroid from 6 years but from two years I am suffering from numbess issues, in starting it was in both hands and leg fingers so I went to doctor and after medicine it got some recover but after finishing medicine course it comes again and again, right now there is right hand fingers and right jaw numbness. around 5 years back mera full body checkup hua tha tab usme pata laga ke mera tsh badha hua hai jo around 158 tha. Doctor ne report dekhkar kaha ke hame ab entire life medicine leni padegi, unhone aur koi test nahi karaya. Entire life medicine lena hame samajh nahi aaya to humne to pehle homeopathic medicine try kari jisse tsh 90 par agaya par kyoki ye bhi bahot zyada tha to kuch aur options try karne ke baad humne ek endocrinologist se consult kara tab tak mera tsh 75 par tha. Usne anti tpo test bhi karaya jisme count greater than 1300 aaya, usne meri thyronorm medicine 75 mcg ki start kar di, 3 months ke baad bhi mera tsh 25 tak pahocha to fir dose 100 kardi tabse hum 100 power kisi medicine regular le rahe isse tsh 2 pahoch gaya tha, beech me around ek 10 days kuch family emergency me occupy hone ki wajeh se medicine skip ho gayi to test me pata chala tsh fir 25 pahoch gaya. Silimarly abhi 2 weeks pehle 3 days medicine skip hogayi to tsh 1.78 se 7 pahoch gaya.
To samajh nahi araha kya ye sahi treatment hai ya kuch aur root cause hai jo address nahi hua ab tak.
Mera weight around 70 hi raha koi unnecessary swelling bhi nahi hai except on face.
Please review and point me in right direction

Her latest Test Reports :
Serum creatinine : 1.3 mg/dL
Serum Uric Acid : 7.6 mg/dL
TSH : 7.136 micro-international units/mL
She has high BP and under medication.
Initially, power of [Thyronorm] medicine was 12.5 mcg. Before 3 years is was enhanced to 25.0 mcg.
Now, it is enhanced to 37.5 mcg.
Kidney disorder detected. Serum creatinine is 1.3 mg/dL. Please advice, what to do.
