How I support my body in the winter│Seasonal Living for the Soul

I used to wish away winter, counting down the days until the earth was showered in sunshine and flowers. Now I choose to slow down and be with the seasons exactly as they are, and this has been immensely healing! Spend a weekend with me wintering as I take you through my favorite practices these days and play in the snow :)
