Honestly one of if not the greatest game I've ever watched in my 27 years of life. If this was game seven of the World Series I think I would quit watching all sports for the rest of my life because if I was to draw up my perfect dream game it would have been this game; the only thing that I may have changed is Meteo getting to third and McCann to second via a double steal instead of a balk in the top of the 9th. Whatta truly unbelievable game

Good grief I should say. He's worse than Don Stanhouse. He goes 3-0 to a batter and then there was a mound visit after which he throws three strikes in a row. What on earth? What does a coach say (through an interpreter no less) that turns that around? Crazy.

Fuji will be an all star in the future. His stuff is just too electric and orioles is the perfect organization for him.
He is the baseball version of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. When he's got his command, he has electric stuff (see the Mets outing), but when his command is off, it's way off (see the Astros game). The only question is which version of him comes out to the mound.

Tough series, but I honestly think the M’s did pretty good. 1-2 against the best team in the AL, and the two losses were pretty close. GGs to the Orioles, y’all have a crazy good team, and I hope you find success in the playoffs. Go Mariners!

Am I the only one that’s noticed how aggressive the O’s have been running the bases this whole season? It’s gotta be the analytics showing the percentage likelihood of fielders able to make the perfect throw to get runners out. All I know is it makes for some entertaining baseball.

Fuji terrifies me every time he takes 5he mound 8n a high leverage situation. His stuff is electric, though when not wild. Big ups to Mac for finding a way to calm him down and get him back to what we know ue is capable of. Really wanna see Fuji do well, seems like a good dude. Ngl though, if/when he takes the mound in a playoff game, my heRt is gonna be pounding.

The Cedric Mullins Game, I'll sure remember this game as that! Great game and series all weekend. I'd love to see these teams meet in the playoffs. Would be an epic series. Also, I thought this game had the best ending of the day of the 4 games that had insane endings. Balt/Sea, Tex/SF, Oak/Was, NYY/Mia. Which of those 4 games was the best or most dramatic because today was a crazy day in baseball and one of the best days of baseball games all year!

Watched this game last night. The last two innings were an absolute roller coaster of emotions. Screaming when Cedric made the catch, only to be deflated 2 pitches later with a game tying homer, and then back to screaming with Cedric’s go ahead homer. What a game! My boys are looking great!
I love my O's and I'm glad they got the W and Cedric the Entertainer shined once again, but that balk call was really dumb.

I hate the way balks are called. I understand the need for the rule but I regard it as currently written to be overly picky. But the calls have gone against the Os plenty of times so I'm not gonna lose any sleep.
Balking is like traveling or carrying in the nba, it's happening all the time but unless it's egregious it shouldn't be called, especially in a high leverage moment of the game.

Showing that we can cut down the hottest and best pitching team in baseball right now in their home stadium is huge, if we can keep this pace our next matchups will be a breeze. Colorado, Oakland, and Chicago aren’t exactly great teams so I’m hoping that goes as expected
Not to mention playing 2 series in a row with no rest while the Mariners had a day off before the series. That says even more
More impressive is our bats got totally shut down by their starters this series and we managed to hang in there till we got to their bullpen and won it late. We can win in many forms.

I still can't believe Baumann blew that save in the 9th after Cedric made that absolutely AMAZING catch to save the game and bail him out.. I guess it was meant to be though so Cedric could win the game on both sides of the ball. The replay should have also shown the foul ball he hit where he just missed the home run 2 pitches before. He was not going to be denied. Fabulous game Ced! Let's go O's!
Honestly I was devastated when Baumann almost immediately blew the save after Mullins catch moved me from the edge of my couch to the floor in the middle of my livingroom but truthfully I believe that absolute pissmissle from Canzone and Mullin extra innings homer is what moved that game from the amazing games level up to the legendary games level, truly one of the greatest sports games ever played
Mateo is the only one in mlb who is safe on that slide, and I also thought that they should have kept Vespi in for the 10th, although it worked out.
@@chazeffects7667 Mateo is the 7th fastest player in the MLB so there are a few others, I would personally bet that Elly De La Cruz (the fastest player in MLB) is also safe on that slide

藤浪投手お疲れ様でした。アメリカのボールがまだ手に馴染んでないのはしょうがないことです。慣れてくるにつれてコントロールもよくなっていくでしょう。あとは速球を制御することで、更に乱れは改善されて打者は打ちにくくなります。もしめちゃくちゃコントロールが乱れたらストレート系を高めのストライクゾーンギリギリのところに左打者なら右に投げることを意識して右打者なら左を意識して投げましょう。くれぐれも打者寄りに投げないように。これは今のところなので慣れてきたらまたパターンが変わっていきます。今後の活躍を楽しみにしています。(2点差でさりげなく様子見をかねて投げさせるチームは好きですね～w前日の試合の感じの時に登板するように言われたら、その時こそチームから100%信頼されている証です。)
I wish I could say it was a good game, but that balk call really, really affected the game. Even with Mullins doing what he did, it’s hard to say they won it on their own.

There's so much to talk about this game, but I want to mention "Mateo." Someone I've been very critical of. However that slide home was perhaps the best I've ever seen. It must have been millimeters from an out. With all his mistakes and flaws that play alone changes my mind, and I'll state for the record, he belongs on the roster
