That was the most ridiculous pitching I have ever seen for Dodgers

It's been a problem for a couple of weeks now. The entire staff is washed
To all the Vesia, Lux and Roberts haters. Miller was a number one draft pick and is a big disappointment. Save some criticism for him, May who's often injured, Buehler who may not pitch like he once did, Kershaw got shelled in the playoffs and is often injured and for Gomes and Friedman. They could have made a trade and right now have Paul Skenes or Gunnar Hendersen instead of Miller. Paying 70 million to one man who is an awesome hitter but if he doesn't win 16+ games and drive in 120+ RBI a year will be overpaid. Right now they could have Seth Lugo and Juan Soto for a lot less. If they don't win it all there may be a lot of people gone in a couple of years.
Bobby Miller has been notoriously herrendous this whole season. This outcome isn’t anything new. He’s got the yips or something, or he’s just not good

As a Phillies fan great win offense doing well like usual and man that grand slam by Trea was so EPIC and Wheeler dealing besides the 1 run and bullpen did great onto to the next. Go Phillies and ring the bell.
The story to me of this game wasn’t the Philly’s offense it was there pitching. Wheeler, Sanchez, Suarez, and Nola are four of the best pitchers in the NL and they have been the most consistent factor for the Phillies all year no matter who’s in the lineup. It’s also why they should be seen as the favorites to come out of the NL until they get beat in the playoffs.
The Dodgers ain't beating the Phillies in the NLCS. Dodgers choke every October 😂

I am soooo hooked. I love baseball now! My brother tried to get me on it but I like stuff when I like it, no bandwagon mess. These boys are doing their thing!!! I always feel they have a chance all the way to the 9th. Even in some of the bad losses, it ain't over until it's over for me. Go Phils!
Miller has been a serious liability
When he is on he is great, but I see him being traded or sent back to the minors
He was basically forced into this start because of injuries from most of their key pitchers.

@@kelldog7 you do realize he had surgery for UCL tear on his elbow last September. He was ruled out from pitching for the remainder of the 2023 season and all of the 2024 season. That is why not.

It might be time to start panicking if you're a Dodgers' fan. I've noticed a trend: Their losses to elite teams are becoming blowouts, while their wins seem to be "come-from-behind" rallies which will not happen in the playoffs against elite level pitching. And the Padres are still lurking within striking distance.
All of their good pitchers are injuried
Not PANIC, necessarily, but… I am concerned. There’s been very little offensive consistency lately, and the hitting with RISP seems to be a consistent problem.

Starting Darvish vs Astros when Astros had seen him a lot and not starting Alex Wood who had pitched shutout in Game 4 that was the only time Astros had seen Wood . And there is more . Look what happens when our lineup is basically fully in tact…we dominate! Though Harper was a little rusty tonight we had nice contributions from Schwarber and especially the bottom of the lineup…GO FIGHTINS!!

That was the worst loss of the season for the Dodgers. The lineup lacked energy, and Miller had a disastrous outing. To make matters worse, the pitching staff is plagued with injuries, and even Buehler and Miller have been underperforming since their return. If the Dodgers don't address the pitching issues and the bottom of the lineup soon, the second half of the season could end in disaster.😅

We better continue like this. MLB decided to make are schedule so all of the easy teams are played from April to A lot of June. Then July and August are WAY too heavy and then it cools down to an easy September. I don’t want to see a huge losing streak with how shaky this team plays randomly

Otani as lead off batter with Mookie on the injured list is bad management. He doesn't have the plate discipline to take walks and then steal and his power is wasted, because no one at the bottom of the line up is on base enough to drive in runners in scoring position.

The Phillies were pitching well and hitting well. The Dodgers were pitching poorly and hitting poorly. Result: The Dodgers got killed by the Phillies. It was a sad outing. The Dodgers have been killed quite often lately. We need to turn that around.
We need to recruit better pitchers. We have a lot of good hitters, but they all have been in a slump lately. We need more batting practice. There is no excuse for the Dodgers not winning more games.
