So the only way to cross the border is to cross the river, nonsense we have border crossing stations for people to cross legally. They choose to cross the river , no one is forcing them .

It's NOT Governor Abbott's fault!!! They are adults! They chose to risk their family's lives! Yes it's sad when someone dies, but please stop doing this to your families!!!

Then they should not have come! It's their fault for putting their family in these conditions and no one else! Don't come here thinking you can break the laws of US. Go back!!!

And why is that? If they don't have the qualifications, then they never should have put their children in this situation to begin with! This is child abuse!!! Take responsibility it's your fault, not Governor Abbotts's, he's doing his best to protect our country's citizens from drugs, pedophiles, murders, terroris, rapest and thieves!!!!

Of course the US would be blamed for these people dying. Its not the immigrants fault that these people chose to come across the Rio Grand instead of the right way. So tired for the US being blamed for other countries problems and incompetence

Asking for asylum is legal. Turning safety seekers away is a violation of international law.

Ther not asylum seekers, not migrants their economic opportunists! If you want to push international.law tell Egypt to let the Palestinians into their country! Let the illegal border crashers stay in Mexico, Costa Rica, all South American countries! It's Sorros, Catholic Charitie, Biden'Obama administration! .Asylum Seekers are to ask for Asylum in 1st country they come to that is friendly to Their plight! Their coming thru 7-8-9 countries for a free ride off the backs of American Taxpayers!

i dont see how language has to be a factor to seek asylum. Languages are languages, not everyone is born to speak english, and not everyone is born to speak spanish. Plus, may i remind the US has no official language
