Playing round with the format of today's video! Hope you enjoyed the pacing (and the drinks, of course!)... you can download the full recipes (including conversions) here: bit.ly/download-15-recipes
A great one-stop-shop video for a full cocktail selection. This format is a good addition to the channel, but don't think us viewers aren't keen to hear your review/opinions on the cocktails after trying them! We love your candid reactions after sipping on the cocktail. Although, those may belong in the traditional Steve the Bartender format. Cheers!
Hi Steve! I love your cocktail recipes. I will request sth from you. If you have some salty recipes could you please share with us? I am definetely salty-sour person and i think we need some changes on cocktails:) thank you
15 of Steve's contagious smiles for the price of 1. Must be Christmas already!
That smile 😃
Best smile
Are we even gonna get anything else.. cause I didn’t ask for that.
Steve’s smile literally makes me smile😁
Thanks to you my 7 year old daughter always tells me don't forget to smile when I shake a cocktail. I do love the format maybe just a little pause between drinks to see the whole recipe would be awesome. As a side note I love hearing the baby noise in the background that brings a smile to my face.
I could do without the baby noises, it gives me anxiety! LOL! But I agree, a longer pause would be helpful.
The man is back! Keep smashing it out of the park with Threefold!
Can feel the energy this video is radiating, awesome
Thank you Sir! I had a few cheeky drinks to warm me up :)
Keep on smiling 😃
Can't wait to recieve your book, Steve! I'm sure it'll be aces!
I've waited for that smile..makes my day always.
Real good to see you back mate!✌🏼
Your shake & smiles always makes me smile. 🤗🤗
This man’s shaker smile is a staple 👍✨
Took notes on a couple of these- to make my own. _STILL_ one of my top 2 favorite bartenders on the Tube!
Thanks Tom! 🙏 ... there's a printable PDF file with all the recipes in the description, if you need :)
who's the other one?
@@TheEducatedBarfly 🤣… “Gre…. Oh Hey Leandro!? 😳.
@@TheEducatedBarfly Hey- don't feel slighted as I was unaware of your channel somehow, so I just sub'd! I've long been a fan of Anders Erickson too. I like his delivery and take. I'll now be perusing your videos too- so thanks for plugging! 😁
Always look forward to your uploads, learning new recipes and seeing your infectious smile. Awesome vid! Would love to see your version of a Spicy Margarita.
great video but maaan, but why only oz measurement?? Why ml disappered?
I was just testing it out to guage the response... it makes it a lot cleaner on screen and easier to follow along when talking... but I have still included metric measurements in a printable PDF (link in description)...and will soon be on my website + apps.
@@StevetheBartender_ thanks, Steve😊
yes! I love these compilation videos! I miss the old videos from 2020/early 2021 when the recipe was on the left hand side of the video with the neon title! I've made the Goldrush before! Such a great simple cocktail!
Fun format with a good pace. Still having individual recipes makes it even better. Couple on here i didn't know so some to try this weekend! Flexed a bit more personality in this one which was also fun. 😂 🍻
Definitely trying the Cloister recipe. Been looking for another cocktail for the yellow chartreuse I bought almost a year ago 😅 ❤️
The Cosmo is my fav on this list. It is one of my overall favorites. I might have one tomorrow.
All that shaking - that is how you get guns like those.
I know, I was thinking, no wonder he's so jacked! LOL
Such a lovely video, thanks Steve!
Great work Steve!
Love this video... looking for something different for tonight.. going to try the French pearl & the Sidecar
Loved all the smiles
Awesome video! So many great recipes that I am going to have to try. The pineapple martini and sherry cobbler will probably be the first ones…and the multiple whiskey sours, of course.💜
His smiles enough to lighten up the darkest days. Love the videos!
I wanted to see Steve trying all of them!
I’m definitely buying your book
Love the French Pearl; on my regular go-to list
Been watching your videos since I started getting into bartending. Love the content! These videos where you have a grouping definitely catch my interest the most. I was wondering if you have considered doing a video with a choice selection of Hor d'oeuvres cocktails like mimosas and the like. Drinks you typically get handed when you arrive to a dinner party. I'll be bartending a gala soon and want to present some ideas. However my experience with champagne is limited. Appreciate any and all info, I'll be watching!
Have always enjoyed your videos and trying some of your cocktail mixtures. Great to see you back and sharing your talents! But I believe Noah and I will have to pass on any of the drinks in this group 😆 Maybe something in the next group will be to our liking! Thanks for the great video!
Thanks, Steve! Inspiring work. It'd be a pleasure to imbibe in an example or two of your efforts. Your smile and your "Chicklets" add a charming garnish to the presentation.
love the video!
We get plenty of “shake and smiles” in this episode! Love it!
Lots of info in a playful video. Lots of fun and will try some of these soon!
A few of my faves in there
Loved the video, the pineapple martini is a must try for me.
Loving your work 👌🏻 I have a question; I completely get and am on board with freshly squeezed citrus but what’s the score with the pineapple, cranberry etc? I’d imagine store bought fresh juices but I’ve always wondered
WOw. I'll have to try some of these. Nice variety....
Enjoy!
Hope you’re happy and well!
Going great thanks Laura - hope you are too!
You are the man steve! I've just tried "the cutter" and i love it, so good and very well balanced. Btw I've used 2:1 demerara because i don't have what you used.
You got your arm workout in, for sure! Definitely a few to try out.
Hell yeah man! Loving all these (bar the Campari ones haha) 😝
Love the smiles and the pace and the inspiration - but where is the tasting notes? So helpful to get an understanding of what the finished products will taste like if you're not a seasoned cocktail connoisseur (or bartender).
STEVE!!! This was awesome!!! I def took notes and everything!! QUESTION: Who downed all those drinks!!! I should have been called in for this!!! CHEERS to you!!!
Loving the content mate. I make a lot of the drinks you suggest. My mates love it. Thanks to you. Do you have any popular mocktails for the pregnant ladies or non drinkers? Cheers
Would have liked to hear your comments as you tasted these drinks. Great video.
Good thing you shake like a paint mixer. 😂 Saw my quote on the IG story. I was super excited🎉
Hahaha, that was my fav comment of the week!
Great video, I did miss the reactions to tasting the drinks though.
The man with the million dollar smile! Love the vids
Great video as always Steve! Though I must say, where’s the friggin’ Katt cam!?
All the Campari options intrigued me, though the one with Rhum Agricole would be least likely to have me make it at home.
Steve lifts my spirits with his spirits....
Steve. Recently off the Carnival Magic cruise ship. They have the specialty Alchemy Bar. Mixologist with gifted palates and hands. The spicy pineapple chipotle martini 🍸 was my fav. The sidecar and cosmopolitan on their menu as well. Awwww. Can hear the 👶🏻 in the background. Too cute. My husband was in his glory as they were making old fashioneds with bourbon, rum or tequila. 🥃😋. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
Oh that spicy pineapple chiptole martini sounds epic!!
Hello, i like all ur videos u make them so quick i just pass my test to be a bartender 😂 i would like to practice since its kind of hard for me to remember the ingredients and measurements, so i dont feel confortable yet to start working as a bartender, could you tell me some tips or what liquors i should get first
Book coming with my next amazon order, cant wait (will wait till nov 15th of course ;) )
Thanks for your support! 🙏
15 cocktails....this sounds like a challenge!
Best bartender shaker of all time!
Why thank you BJW! 🙏
LETTSSSSS GOOOOOOOO🔥🔥🔥🔥
Love how he pops the smile mid-shake, prob. a nice guy.
These look great! Is the rum you used in the Darryl Strawberry (At the Yankees) a 5-year white Angostura? I've never seen a 5-year white Angostura in the U.S. Or is that the gold 5-year, and it looks white in the video?
Great video! Would be possible to make a video with cocktails using domaine de canton liqueur?
Great suggestion! I have a bottle on hand so will need to do so.
Great format! Will you do a built-in-glass cocktails video? Cheers
I should do! ..but for now, here is a list of mostly built drinks: czcams.com/video/wmFpOH-zObI/video.html
@@StevetheBartender_ Holy moly, that was useful! Thanks a lot.
There was a few cocktails in this video I definitely eant to make at home. The Milano Torino Sour sounds amazing, as I absolutely love Campari, but I feel like that cocktail needs a spirit base too (maybe gin or vodka?) Idk.
It's the smile while shaking for me
Nice vid
The new high energy Steve
You know what, the problem is that ,you drive me crazy when I see you smile , 😂😂 😂 cheers 🥂
A NEW VIDEO LET'S GOOOOOO
I need to know who drinks all these😂 I’ve just started building my row of drinks to make the cocktails you give me👀
Love this video! I don’t see the link for those glasses for the Torino Milano Sour! Did I miss it?
Whoops! Sorry, here it is: amzn.to/3Aoczwv
That's a mental amount of work for 1 vid. Strong work Steve
Haha, yeah.. the editing took me agggges. Don't know how Leandro did 50 cocktails!?
Fab Steve
My favorit cocktail is Swimming pool
I'm loving the variety of these drinks, and the baby is adorable!
My question is, what is your hearing like after all these shaken drinks over the years? protect yourself if able my dude.
The smiles are so warming:) ,btw is the recipe of 16:38more supreme wrong?
Damnit! How did I miss putting lime juice in twice!? 🤦♂️
So what you’re telling me is 10 shake ‘n smiles in 1 video? Sign me up!!
Nope, 15! 😎
@@StevetheBartender_ Right my bad, even better though!!
I don't know if its allowed, but I would love for you to do a Mr Consisten line up review!
Hey, I was wondering. The cranberry juice for the cosmo, is it very sweet (like a syrup) or just a little bit sweetened?
Cause I've tried to make it a few times, with the recipe on the app and the one in this video and I've been to a cocktail bar to try is there but I've yet to have one that I truly like. And if this is it than the cosmo just might not be for me.
It's just cranberry juice, not a syrup.... I'm not a big fan of the Cosmopolitan either... I definitely prefer the 1934 Cosmopolitan which is a gin and raspberry syrup cocktail...
Where do you get the bottles that you use for the lemon/lime juice and syrups?
Exactly what I was going to ask!!
When he said it's gonna be a lots of smiling (after the shaking) I already knew, that this day is going to be perfect
My man Steve, each time he smiles I smile too.. no homo
💪
Hi Steve, perhaps a silly question, but are you 100% sure with the dry vermouth in Milano-Torino sour? Because then I miss the Torino there...
(I guess that I don't have to mention to you that Milano-Torino = Campari (Milano) and Punt e Mes (Torino) 1:1 with a twist of orange)
Anyway, thanks for another awesome video, I will definitely try some of these... ;-)
Hey Steve, you mentioned a link to the cocktail glasses for the Milano sour - love them, but couldn’t find the link?
Whoops! Sorry, here it is: amzn.to/3Aoczwv
i have a question for example when you make pineapple martini it must be Lost Phoenix Spirits Vodka or it can be diffrent type of vodka?
Any vodka 👍
Steve, There are definitely a few in here that I have never tried. I will rectify that. How are your arms??
Great video. I mean it has to be to pay for that punnet of raspberries, jaysus!
The title is certainly true, but the video is also full of cocktails not often seen??? I liked this the second I read in the description the list to be seen (and I gotta try that Mi-To sour soon).
where did you get those bottles in which you had lemon juice and simple syrup?
...from a company in Australia but they only sell them by the pallet (2000+ bottles).
I wanna try all of these!
Just don't do it all at once ;)
Steve giving the fans what they really want 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁 💪😁
The smile! We're back!
Australian here. Hey Steve, you’ve gotta ditch the Crawleys Orgeat. Especially considering how easy it is to make at home and how much better it is than Crawleys! Otherwise thanks for the vid, will be trying out a couple of these tonight :)
10:06 ...if Steve were a Muppets character 🤣
I always wonder.. What do you do with the drinks you make after the videos??
My wife and I enjoy them :) unfortunately couldn't finish all 15 though!
@@StevetheBartender_ understandable, that's quite alot of alcohol! I'm sure they tasted amazing! Love your vids. Keep it up! ❤️
amazing shaken cocktail and a bit disappoint but why you didn't use any super juice yet from now sir ?
Yellow Chartreuse is scarce as hen’s horns in Australia, or at least my part of Australia at the moment. I’ve been trying to source it for nearly 6 months
You can grab some online: www.nicks.com.au/products/chartreuse-yellow-liqueur-700ml
@@StevetheBartender_ thanks Steve, I tried my three locals and the two nearest Dan Murphs then did searches online without any luck. I guess I must have missed Nick’s
Where's the link to that glassware though O_o
Did I miss it somewhere??
It’s linked in the description 👍
¿ Cómo se hace la solución salina ?
Hi Steve....
Can you also include the ml or metric grams of the rest of the drinks who live inside of the metric system (or live in 2022)?
Thanks mate 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 🇦🇺 🇨🇦 💯😉
Yep, just testing some changes... for this video there is a link to a PDF file featuring all the recipes...
As someone who can only stomach Campari in a Jungle Bird or a Boulevardier, the Campari Shakerato is crazy! The bitterness is almost entirely managed by the 1-2ml of other ingredients.
I feel like the video is missing something if you don't try the drinks out. Just my personal opinion. Loving the smile bud!
I know what you mean but I tend to avoid tastings on longer videos with this many cocktails otherwise the video ends up being well over 20 minutes...and people don't engage... I will definitely keep tastings on the shorter vids though.
Stupid question here but what is Rich Syrup? Is it the same as Simple Syrup?
Simple syrup = 1:1 (water : sugar, by weight)
Rich syrup = 2:1
