PERFECT GARLIC BUTTER FRIED RICE - GARLIC FRIED RICE RECIPE

4 Cups Boiled Rice (I used Sella Basmati)
1 Big Bulb Garlic
2 Eggs
40g Butter (I used Anchor lightly Salted)
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Spring Onions
Chilli Flakes (depending on your heat tolerance)
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 Chicken Bouillon
1 tsp Black Pepper

Auntie is a good cook. I started using her videos to cook and the tastes of my foods changed. All you need to do is to follow her instructions and you will be fine.

Tip for fresh cooked rice - undercook it just a tiny tiny bit and it acts the same as if you'd refrigerated it from the day before.. the excess moisture overcooks the rice when stirfrying, so undercooking by a little bit means it'll soften a normal amount instead of getting mushy when fried
