Coleslaw:
* 3 cups cabbage
* 1/4 cup carrot 1/2 - 1 medium
* 1/3 cup mayonnaise
* 1 tbs lemon or vinegar
* 1 ½ -2 teaspoons sugar - Jak na to + styl

I've never made Nigerian fried rice before. I saw this video and decided to make this for Thanksgiving. I followed your instructions to the T. The only thing is I added paprika powder to the rice. OMG...my husband was so impressed and everyone loved it. My husband said it taste like the original Nigerian fried rice (we live in the US). Thank you so much for your recipe.
