Thank you for posting a great cover of another song from my playlist! It really such a good tune from a greatly underrated group. It has wonderful little licks, riffs and counter melodies in it. I think that it is quite sophisticated in its arrangement. I'm not sure how much of the tune was "fleshed out "by George Harrison but the there is an unmistakable "beatlesque" feel to this tune.
I think you have covered another Badfinger track in the past. Tremendous stuff so thank you for posting.
Wet, Wet, Wet here, we had a few flurries of snow which the grandchildren loved but the rain has come back with a vengeance and we just seem to be getting deluge after deluge. I checked your weather (we Brits are obsessed with weather!) and you seem to be escaping the worst of the winter chills at the moment. You may be in for a white Christmas but who is to know. I think our Christmas will just be damp and soggy!
Thanksgiving just seemed to have passed me by this year, I normally make a note of wishing my US family a happy Thanksgiving but it went clean out of my head this year. I have been too busy indoors so I have a bit of an excuse.
How do you listen to music at home? Our vinyl collection, along with the HiFi equipment, has been consigned to the attic. It is mostly downloads and a quality bluetooth speaker for us now but we are blessed with some good radio stations.

weather - has been really good considering we're almost half done with December.
All that rain must get a bit depressing for some on your island.
Most of my listening is done with earbuds or headphones. I'm usually scouting for possible songs
to arrange. I recall a cartoon where one guy was speaking to his friend in front of his new stereo system. The caption was something like "I missed the expense and inconvenience of vinyl"

Very beautiful. Fit to serenade a Renaissance lady. I always wondered why the headstock of the lutes were designed that way.
it's really an ingenious. compact design - you don't have to worry much about banging into your surroundings, like with a long pegbox. but the pear- shaped back makes it challenging to hold comfortably.
