The Hollywood Cross

This 32-foot-high cross has overlooked Hollywood for 100 years. I never knew its story until now.
This is Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument #617. You can take a short hike to the cross; right before the intersection of Cahuenga Blvd. and Cahuenga Terrace, on top of a retaining wall, you’ll see a narrow trail leading up the hill.
