    Not going to lie, showed up today feeling down and discouraged, but decided to challenge myself instead of staying in pitty or comparison and excited to say I finished with 25 lb dumbbells! Thanks for pushing us and challenging us to focus more on building strength than aesthetic goals !

    First, I think my biggest sign of improvement is that I can make it through a pyramid... a year ago, I could barely climb now m going up and down. ❤
    Secondly, just a note of appreciation. Thank you for showing it's okay to go down in weight or move to one dumbell over continuing using two. Love seeing the normalcy of struggle. Much love! ❤❤❤

    This was my first time doing an NML workout with 20lb weights and I was dying right along with Lindsey- but I did it! Excited to do more workouts with heavier weights and get stronger every day. Thank you guys for continuing to put out such awesome content!

    Just want to share - I discovered NML when I started my pregnancy and did the trimester workouts throughout. I'm now 5 months postpartum and after not having run for over a year, I ran 5 miles at 3 months postpartum! I attribute it to the awesome strength training of NML! thank you!

    Pyramids are a LOVE HATE relationship through and through. This one was so tough but I actually loved it. I think for me the one I wanted to drop off was the deadlift clean and lunge but I liked the combination of moves so it was hard but obtainable. Did the full workout with 15lbs and have not had to use my 8lb in over a year for any workout so I'm feeling really accomplished. Thanks for all the work you put into your workouts, your channel is in my top 2 favorites on CZcams for fitness videos. :)

    Dripping in sweat! I just want to say- last night I stepped over a baby gate right onto my son’s water bottle that he left sitting on the floor. I felt pain shoot through my ankle but I had enough balance to not fall. After rubbing it for a minute I got up and walked and was even able to complete this pyramid this morning. Two years ago before I started this fitness journey, I know I would have sprained my ankle or worse. Thank you Team NML for keeping us injury free and strong in our daily life!

    I just finished watching Sprint on Netflix and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce is a 36 year old mother who stated that she hasn't even reached the peak of her career. That alone inspires me that I can do anything for 30 seconds. Such a hard and challenging pyramid that I was slipping from my sweat on my mat. Thanks for always bringing the fire. Way to go Lindsey on proving to us that we should challenge ourselves as you used your 20lbs when you normally drop your weight. Thanks for the motivation and showing through the years how powerful you've become through so many seasons of life.

    I came for the pyramids years ago (favorite was the 45, and 50 minutes ones! 😅), still love when you bring us a new one. But now at age 66, I like that they are 30 minutes! This was a great one!

    Pyramids are not my favorite, but it does feel good to have gotten through it! You know it's challenging when I'm looking forward to doing push-ups! Those dip-drives were definitely the move I was looking forward to dropping off. I appreciated the extra break time that snuck in at different points - helped me to do better with the next round.     I am 3 months postpartum and I fought between eating lunch in peace and quiet while my toddler and baby nap or do this pyramid workout. Boy did I choose the right one! This kicked my butt while using 20 lb dumbbells. #endorins

    There was no part of me that felt like working out today, but I ended up having a great one! I feel like you have no choice but to lock in for these pyramid workouts and just get it done! Loved this. & Yes Rachel, it does feel good to be alive. ❤

    I am not a fan of pyramid workouts and this morning I had full intentions of doing something other than this workout…but in the end I decided that I needed to go out of my comfort level. Glad I did, great workout! Still not a fan of pyramid though 😂 …but super proud that I did all dumbbell burpee pushups from my toes! Thanks ladies!
