    I love how this is a middle ground between barre and heavier weighted workouts especially on days where I still want to do some weights but not go super heavy and intense. With that said, this was quite intense in a different, more gentle way and that's why strength barre is awesome. Thank you so much for keeping it fun, lively and down to earth

    My first workout in a year after a knee injury. I knew NML was what I needed, because Rachel could get me through the 25m modified workout. While I did wobble a bit, there was 'some' muscle memory.

    Loved this! I did it with 5lb weights, next time will definitely used 10lb. Paired with 10min Barre Abs from this summers Ab Challenge. Nice change from working with heavy weights.

    As others have noted…I highly underestimated this here workout! 😂 What an awesome challenge! I’m 6 months post partum with my 2nd baby after an 8 year hiatus…and I just can’t get to the gym right now! Most home workouts just don’t make me feel like I’m working hard so I was so excited to find your channel a couple of weeks ago!     Great workout! Having more balance between the volume of music and your instruction would make it a bit more enjoyable. Other than that, super fun workout :)

    loved this workout! In the beginning with the lateral arm raises, the top of arms are a little "crunchy". Is this because I'm not warmed up enough?

    I loved this workout. I'm in good shape but I can not keep up, it's sooo fast! I think it's because I'm 55, and just can't make those transitions as fast anymore. I think I'll look into slowing down the playback speed.
