I read somewhere online that if you can show a document signed from your university saying that you studied in English and you did at least 75% of your internship in English then you don't have to write ielts or other proficiency exams.

@@RoadToUK I recently came across a vedio while searching for opportunities in UK, and that vedio was about msc in advance general medical practice. Which is one year programme and at the end of the msc degree they also help in plab exams preparations, visa issues and jobs security. I wanted to know more about this programme if it is in your knowledge. The programs is offered by ulster University. Thanks in anticipation.
I graduated in the year 2019
2019-2020 worked in a private hospital
From 2020 to 2022- I had a huge gap due to Covid , plus I was doing government health camps and helping out in private clinic under mentorship
1) Will my 2 year gap will affect me in finding a job in NHS?
2) Will my achivements after my internship can be of any positive view of getting a job in NHS?
Ma'am, I am from India. We get our MBBS degree only after our 1 year internship. Can I still give PLAB1 during my internship like you suggested with my final year marksheet?

Yes, IELTS has a validity, but PLAB 2 doesn't need a valid IELTS.

In my country the medical institution give a MD degree and We don't have an internship certificate. Even if they give they will not mention all details as the GMC needs.
What can we do as a proof of internship experience.

Ielts result valid for 2 years. Isn't it? So we have to do ielts, PLAB 1, Internship and PLAB 2 Within 2 years? If not is ielts results a requirement to sit PLAB 1 only?
IELTS is required for PLAB 1 and GMC registration.

GMC has guidance related to this on their site. As for in the hospital setting, it is dependent on their policy.

An exam will not simply take the place of experience and interview. They both play a part in the selection process.

If PLAB 1 is available in Uganda, you can take it there. PLAB 2 is currently only available in the UK.

Is it possible to go back to my home country and do 6 months defecit surgical house job for full gmc registration as i have 12 mnths housejob in medicin nd peads but no housejob in surgery.but i did my housejob in 2005 it doesn't matter if i do surg hsjb now aftr plab 1 nd 2.

You need to graduate. Also, from 2024, it will be UKMLA, not PLAB.
