    Hi yogis, some of you have been requesting meditation tutorials so I'm offering you this very simple 15 minute meditation that is perfect for beginners!
    I'll go over the basics of meditating and then we will go right into it. The trick is to not obsess over clearing your mind! Don't worry about always being still, always being thought-free or meditating "perfectly". Simply sit and breathe, that's it! Over time the spaces between your thoughts will distance themselves but there's no need to rush or force it.
    Make sure you are sitting comfortably, either on a block or a few blankets. You can even sit on a chair if sitting on a floor doesn't work for you! I hope you enjoy this simple and straightforward guided meditation :)

    Right after the meditation i didnt notice any difference. But now, a few minutes later i feel so soo relaxed.

    New subscriber here. I was so discouraged at first, I suffer from depression and anxiety disorder. When I close my eyes, I always feel like someone is about to attack me from behind, so I was very distracted at first but it got a little better as time went by. Your little comment at the end about how even the briefest moment we managed to actually meditate counts as a success, is exactly why I am subscribing. Thank you very much.

      This reminds me so much of my friend... She had depression as well and it hurts me imagining it. I hope you are doing the best you can , my friend is also the reason why I did this meditation

      Great Video! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you considered - Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)?       This is just superb, I have been researching "how do you meditate to lower blood pressure" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Ganlizabeth Preliminary Genie - (do a google search )?
      It is an awesome one off product for discovering how to get abundant success using meditation without the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got cool results with it.

    5 years later, I still come back to this video. Truly helps me. Im pretty sure last 5 years ago Ive left a comment here somewhere.
    I was a fresh graduate, in my new first corporate job and away from my family.
    I'm married now, moved abroad, and still come & search for this video.
    I still dedicate sending the clarity to my mother and my sister, strongest women in my life. Still brought tears in my eyes today.

    I’m not going to lie I just went on a roller coaster of emotions. First meditation in a long time. Started crying out of nowhere and then it turned to happy tears and I felt my problems peeling away like layers. Opened my eyes grateful to be breathing this amazing air and looking at this beautiful world

    Have tried a few different teachers but found Cassandra to be the best one for me. Her soothing voice and gentle instructions are a pleasure to listen to and follow each morning I meditate. Thanks for the wonderful video and keep up the good work. You make the world a better place.

    This has literally been a life saver to someone like me who has anxiety. My resting heart rate recently has been higher than normal, even if I'm laying doing nothing. My mind is constantly moving, thinking... even in times I don't consciously want to, I find my thoughts getting bigger and louder on their own. I honestly just followed this video ONCE (this is my first try at meditation) and my heart rate went from 105 - 82. Words cannot describe how thankful I am that I found this video. Will be practicing this on the regular from now on. Thank you sooo much ❤️❤️❤️

      I have the same thing and it always scares me ): I was doing fine but the part with the hand over the heart made me get nervous because then I think about my heart which rises my anxiety and heart rate. But this video help me a lot honestly I felt a lot of stress leave

    I have to thank you for this meditation. I have been trying to meditate on and off for years, to bring quiet to my morning routine and to manage anxiety. Strangely enough, I would start to feel that I wasn't meditating in the "right way" because my mind would wander, and this would only amplify my anxiety. You made me understand that this is about practice and not perfection. This allowed me to have a peaceful 15 minutes. Many thanks!

    After days of isolation, currently right in the middle of a global pandemic, I came back to this video for meditation. It’s been a while since i’ve practiced but it felt good to meditate again. I dedicated it to my mom, who struggles with mental health issues and is terrified like me. We both have PTSD.     This meditation is simple & effective. I love to do it when I am tired as it refreshes me, plus it has really helped me with my meditation practice.     I just found this video tonight after searching for meditation for beginners. I am experiencing some traumas and anxieties lately. I didnt do perfect but I felt VERY at ease.     This was my ever first meditation so no expetience at all. Around the first 3-4 min i felt my tears running down on my face. Had someone similar experience? After all it was relaxing. Definitely I'll do again.

    this is my first time meditating because everything else i have been doing since a traumatic experience of mine hasn’t been working. i decided to finally bring this into my routine. i was always fearful of it bc i didn’t wanna get lost in terrifying thoughts or flashbacks, but this was the most calming and freeing feeling i have ever felt. thank you so much for this. i loved the dedicating this to someone else, too. 💕

    Hi Kassandra, I have been doing your yoga for about 2.5 months and really enjoy you and your videos. I have some hip problems, but starting to get them to open a bit, I have worked manual labor for 35 years and arthritis is a real issue, but do my best to keep up and not over work myself. I am going to try your meditation video, I have a problem to clear my mind, but working on that with you, I just haven't been successful yet, will continue to work with you. thank you so much for all of your inspiration.

    Kassandra, I was just attuned to reiki and I did my first two healings last night. They were great! So my next step was to try meditating for the second time. The first time was..eh!     I am one who has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I often take Unisom for sleep. I completed this meditation and slept seven hours of uninterrupted sleep. I look forward to more videos. Thank you.

I find it can refresh me, it can clear my head and help me sleep and it has really taught me more how to focus and succeed with meditation. Kassandra, this one is excellent!     I've been struggling to understand meditation as i need to keep cleaning the negativity from my mind following life changing health issues. Finally found someone I can understand.     Very, very good relaxation. I practice yoga since 4 years, but we didn't do meditation Kassandra is a good teacher.

    Thank you so much. I feel good at the part where to inhale for the good and exhale of the negative thoughts. I feel much relax and clam. I love the dedication of the positivity to someone else, which is so thoughtful. I will try to do it daily and trust it will help to bring more calmness and relaxation to my body and mind and same time sending the good vibes to others that we care and love.     thanks it was really useful, I have started meditating recently but after a few minutes of meditation I feel pain in my back,I think it has something to do with my posture,I don't know what I'm doing wrong

    Just wanted to say a big thanks to Kassandra for this session of meditation. I had not meditated up until a couple months ago, this was the first video I had watched and if I say the best I've used to date. It helped me connect with myself and be calm. I really must thank you for this.

    Trying this today for the first time
    1st day:
    my stress although i still have it at the back of my mind (schoolwork:pandemic/family life/lack of lovelife) seemed kind of lifted from my shoulders.. looking forward to tomorrow
    2nd day:
    Ysterday i was able to finish most of my tasks. Still daydreamed a lot. Lost focus with school work because of online dating app. Anyway i felt good again today after this meditation!

    Wow it actually worked. I just focused on counting how long I was able to hold each breath before exhaling. i was actually able to quiet my mind and easily bringing back the focus when distracted. thank you!

    It was so relaxing I hope every one should try this meditation at the beginning I tried it and recommended this meditation to my cousin who had depression and anxiety problem she tried this and now she is totally fine just loved it .....thank you❤❤❤❤

    Thank you Kassandra ...I did my first real meditation session today with this video and it was perfect ...you said just enough to guide me, without say too much to distract me. Once in a while I would peek to see if you're still there with me, and you were. This will be my go-to video. Peace and Love
