This was my very first meditation experience. I think I have a long way to go to get the hang of this. I am the most stressed out I have ever been in my entire life. So much heavy tension in my body.

As I could remember, last year have been listening this meditation, this is unbelievable that according to the direction which picture may I realise,how it possible to feel same time perfect ly for sharing thoughts?

I trying to create contact with the mind valley Institute, but every time could not possible to create contact. Have nothing any suitable knowledge about transformation and freely sharing thoughts. Customer care also don't help me. By which safe , careful knowledge could be possible to create contact with us . Some miracle happened with your direction. How it could have been able to exactly feel for you, just the point where I have feel trouble. My backside of neck really feel pain and it's spreading through out whole nervous system. My mind mirror how possible to seen for you? I have not been able to guess this valuable transaction. Last year, I have been listening this meditation. Then my back pain feelings almost cleared.

I TRUST TO MANY AND GET HURT WITH EVIL EYES AND TALKING PLEASE HELP
How there are that many toxic ads put smack in the middle of a beautiful meditation just boggles my mind. I absolutely understand if they're at the beginning or end or when discussing something but in the most relaxed points... cringy and sad 😣 it ruined a beautiful experience.
Before listening to meditation, download it that will make ads disappear also make sure to turn off data or wifi before listening to your downloaded meditation.

I Don't give permission for anything external to enter my space from this meditation. So much deception here like most meditations calling external interdimentional energies disguised as a rose, ball of light etc.
