Is there a way to keep the numbers like this 1,000 ... i hate when excel make it 1000 ... especially with large numbers
You can set the format on cells to include the comma separator. Just go to Format Cells-Number and check the box for thousand separator. Unfortunately, there is no option to set that for the entire spreadsheet as default.

In last tip it is not possible to paste symbol in custom segment (ctrl+v)
You have to make sure you are using a font that has symbols included. As mentioned, you can't mix different fonts.
Yes, font is the same.. I have tried everything and checked, but it is not possible in my case.. I don't know what can be a problem..
