I find myself trying to learn excel. But, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do a line chart graph for working up loads for my rifles. It would have Feet Per Second on left side and powder weight in grains on the bottom. FPS whatever number you give them. 3020 2950 2900 2850 2800 and so on. Powder weight. 76.0, 75.8, 75.6, 75.4 and so on. Then it would plot a graph whatever the speed is to the grains would be a dot. Then a line starting at lowest FPS mark to each dot across the powder charge. Thanks for your help. Jeffrey O. Dohl

This was great, and very useful. However, I'm trying to show a value in a header row of (for example) L20 to indicate the Last 20 periods. I want to be able to enter 20 into the cell and I want excel to use that number ot calculate. I want to see "L20" in that cell, but I want excel to see 20. You showed me how to get text in front of text, but not how to get it ahead of a numeric value. Wondering if you could tell me how to do that?

Hi sumit. Needless to say, you are doing a great job. Keep it up. Your videos are very useful. Presentation is crisp and clear. I calculate more in excel like many of us. Just wondering if there is any option that would pop up instead of save your file when we are done calculation in that file. Pop up like, " Did you cross check your calculations" reminding to verify the sheet once again and then close the sheet. Kindly make a video or let me know if there is way out like that. I find myself trying to learn excel. But, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do a line chart graph for working up loads for my rifles.
It would have Feet Per Second on left side and powder weight in grains on the bottom.
FPS whatever number you give them.
3020
2950
2900
2850
2800 and so on.
Powder weight. 76.0, 75.8, 75.6, 75.4 and so on.
Then it would plot a graph whatever the speed is to the grains would be a dot. Then a line starting at lowest FPS mark to each dot across the powder charge.

This was great, and very useful. However, I'm trying to show a value in a header row of (for example) L20 to indicate the Last 20 periods. I want to be able to enter 20 into the cell and I want excel to use that number ot calculate. I want to see "L20" in that cell, but I want excel to see 20. You showed me how to get text in front of text, but not how to get it ahead of a numeric value. Wondering if you could tell me how to do that?

Hi sumit. Needless to say, you are doing a great job. Keep it up. Your videos are very useful. Presentation is crisp and clear.
I calculate more in excel like many of us. Just wondering if there is any option that would pop up instead of save your file when we are done calculation in that file. Pop up like, " Did you cross check your calculations" reminding to verify the sheet once again and then close the sheet. Kindly make a video or let me know if there is way out like that.
