If a Zimbabwean worker is here legally, I see no problem. He or she would have to be paid a fair rate (we know that just means barely enough to get by, if so) rather than be exploited by employers (instead, be exploited by the system like the rest of us). The construction idustry is ripe with this kind of thing and employers use it to their advantage. It's disgusting.

Employers should not hire on the basis of group identity, but on the basis of merit, skills and professional conduct. No group is entitled to jobs, each person has an obligation to better themselves to be deserving of such opportunities.
How a group is represented in the workforce should depend on what that group has to offer the workplace. The entitlement to jobs and not the skills deserving of the roles are exactly why we are in this mess in the first place.

He should come down to Joburg CBD, China Malls where real employment and economic activities are not restaurants where he dined for 10 years. As yourself what happened in Durban hotels after the Rally. He is just a Populist. When Mashaba closed and Veted all the Somali and Ethiopian Shops in Joburg he was the first to condem that as arrogance towards Africans. Now he wants Balance locals and foreign Nationals. In fact he's a servant of the people on whose taxes he lives. Seriously, is he allowed to enter any place Willy nilly. Why didn't the owner phone his lawyer or the police. No MP of any Political party is rightfully allowed to prescribe to any owner of whatever business as to who he must employ to assist in running a business. That is a transgression of the Private Sector Business owner. The alternative to the Business owner is to close down the business and suddenly all those who were employed become a burden to the State as Unemployed persons, thanks to the EFF.

Why does it look like Malema doesn't know what his there for? It doesn't also seem like he wanted to confront the guy.Its sad when you don't have a valid, good response to a question or answer besides mentioning White arrogance.Colour has nothing to do with any type of communication.People from Zim are very good, honest, hard working people.Somalians are the people owning most of our shops, not mixing with any race of S.A,not contributing to anything, why are they not a matter of question. We all know if you could not find work or elderly people to have a source of income the only option was to open a tuck shop in our communities but ever since they took the whole network of wholesalers and tuck shops our people are not able to open a shop just to barely survive.Look at the real things that matter for a change not to the people that help build the buildings our kids learn in or the ones moving our work force forward that our people are to lazy to do.Every country has levels of society, everyone cannot have it all.
