I’m envious. The May 1st forecast here in Ohio is more like March than May. So I only have onions growing at the moment. I was thinking of trying celery this year, and after watching you, I am def going to get some celery starts at the garden center. Just waiting for Ohio to warm up.

I don't know if this is something you'd like to try; however, you can make carrot greens into powder. I put it in any egg dish for added nutrients. Great video :)
That’s a great idea! After I made the stock with everything and tossed the scraps to my chickens I saw a video of a woman who dehydrated the scraps and turns them into a powder to mix into foods and I did a forehead slap. I should’ve done that but now I know for the next time!

She’s about 2 hours from me and I’ve been following along with her journey through that. So crazy that I watch 2 homesteaders go through it and now I’m starting with the same issue
