There's more to the story behind his capitulation but you'd have to dig further into the purple district republicans to figure out they sold out the party and convinced him to go along with it in the promise of 'keeping the majority'. I agree! I always liked Mike. He was a good man, a family man, a Christian and I enjoyed his dry sense of humor whenever he addressed Congress. Then, he became speaker......... WHAT HAPPENED??!!!! His actions since becoming speaker have made me doubt he was anything I thought he was. I'm almost certain that by now he has abandoned all of the good qualities that we all saw in him. I mean, the Mike Johnson B4 he became Speaker was against everything the demoncrats wanted now Speaker Mike Johnson is siding with the demoncrats and supporting everything Mike Johnson was against. I would love for him to vacate but at this point I don't see the motion for him to vacate getting the votes mainly because the demoncrats have snipped off his balls.
