I helped an old lady apply for food stamps, and she is having a hard time making it. She worked all her life and t hey gave her 27 dollars a month. It is disgusting that we are paying for anyone else before our own people. People can't afford housing, and we compound the problem by adding more.

There are only about 35K homeless vets in the US, if we spent 66B on them that would be 1.8M per vet. As it stands they get far more per capita than undocumented immigrants.

First and foremost, the Federal Government should not be using our money on ILLEGALS period. Secondly the fact that we spend so much less on people that were willing to defend our country is absolutely disgusting and unforgivable. Our priorities have been out of whack for a long time, but we have finally gone way too far, and sadly I am not sure we are ever coming back.
