When my kids tried to go to college they had to go to community college and pay full tuition there was nothing available to them to help with the cost. How do we allow illegals to go to school and college for free and Americans have to pay.

Same as my daughter, and for myself. I’m from a poor, mostly black, community, and had to watch my friends & classmates, who were less qualified than me, get full rides (plus extra cash). I did take out a student loan but it became too much, since I actually had to work full time to support myself, so I quit. I spent the next 15 years having my wages, and tax refunds, garnished to repay the loans, while those same friends & classmates were getting food stamps, housing, utility assistance, and tax refunds upwards of $10,000/yr. And, don’t get me started on Christmas… My neighbors get truckloads from charities during the holidays. I’m over this white privilege, already.

I really dislike almost everything about Josh Hawley and find myself a little stunned we can find agreement on anything but I agree any foreign students, whether they are legal or not, threatening Infantada, beheadings of campus staff, threatening other students should be deported. I also think that even if they are American citizens and they are doing these things they should be kicked out of the college they attend because these colleges have mission statements or campus rules that are being broken everywhere right now. I don't mean they can't say, "I hate Israel and that they're bombing Palestinians indiscriminately". That is 1st amendment freedom of speech. Even if they say, "I hate their religion" because Americans are free to have any religion they want. It's maybe not in the spirit of the "We the people" speech but it is legal.

Why are we giving scholarships to someone who is here illegally? This doesn't make any sense. They should also have their Student Visas revoked and be deported for doing something like this.
Citizen students can have their scholarships revoked at any time for failing to meet a standard of conduct and if doing something against school policies.

That becomes a logistics and specifics issue. I'm not defending the system, just trying to give a different perspective. It is very easy in places like these to acquire the majority opinion and misinformation because everyone is outraged and quickly grab onto comments and ideas that agree with their perspective. This forms what is called an echo chamber. Those are never good for discourse or growth.
Case in point there are dozens of comments with 100s of likes about how the participants being quiet to his question is incredibly tragic and evil. He was asking if people DISAGREED with him. No one in the audience responded, because they either agreed or were afraid to speak out against what he was proposing. But angry people are dumb. So they think they all want to keep the illegals here and feed them while they cry for destruction. There are rules to follow in these proceedings to ensure decorum and civility from the participants.

I am a student in another country, here legally and receiving a scholarship. I abide every law to the point of not littering or even spitting on the street. Not only because of the laws but mostly of course due to the respect and gratitude to the country that has accepted me and is providing for me. The students in the video have no right in my opinion to continue using all the priviliges they were so generously given by such a country as the US. If they were americans, they must have been made accountable and stand before the whatever law you guys have. If they are NON-americans, ILLEGALLY in the country... I don't understand how they were given the scholarships in the first place, but after such actions there must be no other decision but to deport them.
