I work with women like that, always worried about my appearance (the wrong things). I hold my peace and laugh whenever they cry because they can't solve problems and meet deadlines.

I used to teach high school math. This is the type of conduct (or MISconduct) that I often saw with inner city students. It was a Catholic high school for girls, but it was an inner city school in Chicago, and behavior like this was very common, almost the norm in fact. Very immature.
