It is important to hear the tone of the voice, the inflections of the voice, and the attitude in the voice by the person giving testimony. Does the person being questioned make immediate answers or stumble over words and phrases those answers take. The listener MUST get the FULL IMPACT of this testimony NOT only partial answers. It's the difference of a teenager reading a section of Shakespeare or Richard Burton reading the same section. In this case, HEARING President Biden is more important than someone just reading his words .
