#HearthstoneBattlegrounds #Kripp - Hry
his reasoning was not bad - colossal dragons and preparing for nadina. put divine shield poison first, hope to snipe a dragon, then nadina goes off, then ghoul knocks them out. from there his poisons counter the large dragons.
Yea, ghoul there was actually definitely the right play, he didn't play kripp until that point, so he had no idea about the zap, anyone would expect him to have a nadina instead
Honestly if it’s 1v1 and I’m against someone with 6 dragons then like 99/100 I’m gonna assume that 7th card is Nadina
you guys all are right, but that ghoul was extremely bad for him, the welp went for the other amalgadon that which had 7 health, and it's down to 1, ghoul goes off, kills the divine shield for the other amalgadon, killing the other amalgadon which was at 1 health, lowering maexxna's health to 7 so the second attack of zapp just kills another poison... stars really aligned for kripp tho
Agreed, ghoul is the only way the opponent could've won in a final build situation, but now, with or without Ghoul/Nadina, he only had 4 minions with poison (1 with divine shield), not enough to kill 6 juiced up dragons. The last 2 minions' attack didn't amount to the health of Kripp's dragons, so Toxfin and another murloc were the right cards to look for, not Ghoul.
I was the last opponent & I’m glad everyone agrees with my logic here.. I saw the damage he was doing and took a gamble on a Nadina being the build.. and I figured even if he had a Nadina, I wouldn’t be able to win because I had so little poison.
I figured my odds would be 10-20% win at best..
I had a triple maexxna frozen for the next round, which I was going to try and get another poison off or something..

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
You rolled 7 of the 1/2 murlocs in the first 3 rounds. Insanity
One time I had seen 9 micro machines by turn 4 or something. Ended up having two triple micro machines before anyone in lobby had a single triple. Also, I was playing Malificent lol
@@Whiskypapa dream early game for sure

Instead of saying Jesus, Kripp said ghoul a bunch of times. Kripp has been very demonic lately!

Murloc are krip's Lord and savior
Spoiler for this video: In this video, Kripp gets...
first place. His last non-first video was two videos ago, in BOLVAR IS STILL VIABLE?! where he got 2nd as the Lich King. His most recent bottom four video was 48 videos ago, in WHERE’S MY TRIPLE?? RIP TO BUG?! where he got 6th as Maiev.
This game, Kripp plays dragons. His last non-murloc video was two videos ago in BOLVAR IS STILL VIABLE?! where he played menagerie as the Lich King.
Kripp won 8 out of 13 rounds this game.
your opponent actually came out with a very well thought out build against your insane high roll. But even with a perfect attack order, there was no chance to win cause all your dragons have way more stats than his minions.
Ghoul best card in Battlegrounds btw
Not to mention the synergy with Strongshell Scavenger. Ghoul is O.P.
Kripp didn't say "what's that" to Rania in this video.
Actually, he played really well with both positioning and possible prediction on your board. Usually dragons doesn't hit that hard unless you have a Nadina, so 5 poison applications with Ghoul would have done very well against your board. He actually had bad luck :D
But he had 100% chance to lose...
But he still had 0% chance to tie or win, since Bob's Buddy runs multiple simulations of the round to determine the chances. Kripp not hitting the Ghoul first only means the Amalgadon gets one extra kill, which wouldn't have resulted even in a tie.
If it didn't work it doesn't mean that he played wrong, Kripp board was just overpowered. It's not pike he know what Kripp had and prepared well for comp with 6 dragons
@@Shepps95 @This New Meta Sucks
In this particular case it was not the right play, but the opponent had no idea whether or not Kripp had Nadina.
On the balance of probability, most high rolling dragon players are likely to have Nadina by turn 13. He made his play to counter Nadina based on the information he had. Nothing else he could have done without stream sniping Kripp
@Donkeyiser said it all, it’s not about that particular match, it’s about guessing what your opponent has and trying to play around it. He didn’t even stream snipped which is lame, so he actually did really well. The title is unfortunately a click bait which really bothers me 😞
His ghoul broke the Amalgadon's divine shield and damaged Maexna so Zapp could kill it.
So his ghoul cost him 3 minions. Ghoul 1, divine shield 2, Maexna 3.
Lesson learned here. Better to have 2 Gouls instead of 1!
The guy simply thought you had Nadina.... which you didn't. His logic was actually sound, he just misjudged what you had. That being said, Ghoul is still a terrible card now that Murlocs are neutered.
Top damage: 63
Now that's [not] a lot of DAMAGE
Not this time
I understand that this meta is just who can make a beast build the fastest but it doesn’t always turn out that way. I am starting to like this meta the more I play it. It is more about stats rather than who can get divine shield poisonous murlocs. Technically it is still an option to do that with amalgadons. I think the changes we’re great.
"When it diiies, one damage to everythang"
It was a landslide because the whelp shot the poisonous amalgadon for exactly the amount needed to kill it, AND you attacked first. If he attacks first and the whelp hits something else you still win but with just one unit remaining.
Hey, that's chat playing Pyramad.
poor guy, did the right thing trying to sneak in a sneaky ghoul to counter nadina but it backfired about as horribly as it could have xd
kripp does not go afk in this video
The ol' finger gun
That ghoul denied 3 poisonous hits. For kripp. Rip that guy
@9:45 "the order is fine"
I just had a fucking stroke. Missed 1 gold, and +1+1 on hank.
Lategame ghoul saved my ass today, not by popping any divine shield at all, but by taunting a Nadina without killing her. I could get lethal if she got divine shield on at most 3 dragons, but in the end there was only 1 dragon left before I ran into her.
Congratulations, you Ghouled yourself
Coin ghoul concede.
Wrathspike Brute would be a good addition imo
His stats were so low anyways. Even with 30/30 minion instead of ghoul he couldnt win despite his 4 poisonous minions
The worst ghoul I ever had was when I got pitted against Divine Shield murlocks with Goldrinn build (golden parrot, golden Rivendare, etc). I was losing to him and took ghoul for a chance to counter his shields. Of course, parrot went first, triggered the ghoul and wiped my whole board 🔥
Last early I was this time, Arena still played Kripp
My brain 🧠 💥 💀
Last time I was this early this joke wasn't beaten to death.
Just delete the time the jokes are made
I mostly take ghoul for first rounds cause many simply have a bunch of tokens
We really don't need to see you're welp Kripp, no matter how big it is.
Even without the ghoul he loses 100% of the time. He would have needed a taunted selfless hero to guarantee a shot and a taunted golden selfless for an almost certain tie. The % tracker was right here krippyboi, the guy had 0% chance with that board always.
he wins without Ghoul
@@CabbageYe no
You right, he had enough poisonous to kill 5 dragons at most, last one will clear everything else. Kripp was very lucky this game
.....
Ghoul saved me MANY times. Always pay attention to who is trying to run murlocs or divine dragons. The key is to buy ghoul when you know that's what you're up against. Buying one early doesnt pay off often enough to validate the 3 gold cost.
Everytime it counters their build you're guaranteed to smile.
Why not just buy the dragon turn one? Is +1/+1 worth the lost health?
He wants to tavern up before he hits triple
Anri’s Sol yeah I don’t think that’s the reason, if you have turn 1,2 token and have a third token waiting you can tavern freeze.
I’m thinking he wants to hero power one and have two rolls to freeze and essentially mimick ysera.
If you have the cards lined up you nearly always auto win the mid game. He’s also chasing tavern 5 to hit kale
It's mostly the 2 extra rolls you get from it, since those allow you to almost certainly get another dragon or, if you're lucky, another dragon and a third imprisoned dragon on 4 gold
nice
damn he's good
Are you a bot ?

Nerf to murlocs was a nerf to ghoul as well. No more divine shield murloc boards to worry about. Mechs are rare in an endgame 1 v 1 scenario, George no one plays
I dont think the ghoul had anything to do with that guys loss, It was a 100% win for Kripp unless the card the other guy sold in place of ghoul was a divine shield poison card, an upgraded selfless hero or a nadina and that seems unlikely to me. I suppose technically a crazy RNG ghastcoiler or sneeds could have technically won him the fame but the odds of those changing the outcome are incredibly slim.
The minion that would have replaced ghoul would have needed at least 3 attack to be able to draw there were 5 poisonous hits and the non poisonous minions have 45 attack with the lowest dragon from kripp having 48 so it is possible that the ghoul was a deciding factor atleast for the draw.
@@mauer1 thats actually not true with the way kripp has his board ordered and considering that one of the enemies non poisonous cards had taunt he would have had to kill either the hank or first kalygos with stats so he would have needed a minion with 5 attack to have a shot at a tie .
@@nickdiemer7808 hm still 5 attack is possible. especially on something with deathrattle. which would turn the tie into a win.
@@mauer1 Assuming it was a 3 attack minion he would first have to either survive a 1/7 or have enough health to survive red whelp hit, then he would have to win a 50/50 on first attack, then would have to hit a 1/5, then a 1/4 then a 1/3 all in order to tie. Plus he'd have to rearrange the order of his board and move the taunt pirate to be second attack. Its a 0.007% chance of a tie assuming the board was rearranged and that the minion could be killed by twilight whelp. But you are right to be fair, it is still possible as is a win with a death rattle. To cut a long story short I was wrong sorry dude. I could work out the maths for if Kripp hit first and if the minion had 5 attack but I fear i've wasted enough time already, I think its safe to say its a tiny percentage though.
15:35 why doesn’t it make sense to hero power anything when your whelp isn’t tripled and you’re looking at whelp with 1 gold left?
Because it was last round?
Too early for the comments 🍿😐
I have a strong feeling that was me....And I'm pretty sure when there was no nadina I literally shouted fuck my life. Who runs zap in dragons? Haha I mean what are the chances?
I figured the best I could get was a draw as my minions didn't have dragon like stats sooo I pretty much sold my board the turn before. I was looking for the 1\1 taunt and missed.
The other dude could've won if he had divine shield on the other Amalgamn + Nadina or Baron/Selfless without the Ghoul
No he couldve won if he just had any other minion instead of the ghoul
@@No__Vanity nah, kripp still win because the grubber and hogger were not big enough to kill a dragon
Not sure ghoul really changed the outcome
