@@DW_7 dat is partly right because other streamers and players in general are reacting way more intensely when the win a low percentage fight. Many times I have seen myself yelling at my monitor or my brother in joy in a case like that and my brother reacts the same
@@billpampos the percentage is bs. lets say everything goes left to right and you attack iI front, then an order like he had is kinda better if tthat happens. losing one single 50-50 is not hard and that would completely change the winrates. btw starting first is already calculated into it.

illidan is my fav attempt for goldrin, double procs auto is amazing

@@jameswayne2907 If you manage to get double spawn you can usually get through the midgame fairly easily with Illidan.
I pretty much never play Illidan unless I'm offered other not so great heroes and I'm bored of them. But if I'm offered Illidan and I'm not offered somebody who is clearly worlds better then I will take him if mechs and beasts are offered because he has the ability to build the most ridiculous bomb exodia setups.
You get double bomb, put a module on it, and then look for baron and a couple of parrots. You can quite easily find this entire setup by turn 10 or 11 and start pushing a bare minium of 12 bombs every round (48 damage) to your opponent's board. It's a ridiculously fun mid-game setup that is easy to pull off and absolutely destroys other midgame and fledgling late game builds that haven't scaled yet. The feeling when you do 25 damage to a guy who just hit Kalecgos is SO rewarding.
At 4:08 isnt it better to sell the wrathweaver and the 1 the cats instead of both for the rats and roll?

Blizzard really killed beasts by putting goldrin on 6. I don't understand why that needed nerfing but apparently murlocs, which have dominated for months, are fine.

Amazing how lucky he got this game.... could have easily finished 8th
First he survives a loss with 1hp when that combat had a 46% chance to kill him in 8th place. He then draws the ghost next round when at least 5 of the 6 remaining opponents are easily strong enough to eliminate him in 7th place. Then he draws weakest opponent in the lobby the next round and survives until top 3. Then he survives an 80% lethal and an 85% lethal to allow another player to get knocked out so that he can finish 2nd but somehow also highrolls the shit out of the final recruit phase of the game so that he can enter the final round as a huge favorite to take first. Easily the luckiest game I've ever witnessed in terms of attack order and opponents drawn.

Ran into a Eudora last night at 14 turns who had 2 golden Goldren, 1 golden baron, 2 golden macaws, 2 hydras. With no Murlocs in lobby it was unbeatable.

Can we talk about how incredible lucky kripp got in some of the top 3 rounds???
Imagine tripling a Hyena in a beast buff comp. He didn't even have a mama bear yet.
To be fair though, searching for a better taunt, while it looked bad to me, actually had a relatively decent chance of succeeding.
Usable cards would have been:
Tier 1: Dragonspawn Lieutenant + Righteous Protector (16 in pool each)
Tier 3: Houndmaster + Twilight Emissary + Yo-Ho-Ogre (13 in pool each)
Tier 4: Siege Breaker + Annoy-o-Module + Defender of Argus (11 in pool each)
Using: 1146 cards in the pool - 19 cards in hand/play and 2 rolls = 12 chances
The odds to not get one of them in 2 rolls are: (1-[(2*16 + 3*13 + 3*11)/1146])^12 = 31,9%
Though I don't think it's worth to risk that just to avoid the 16,5% chance of attacking first AND the Macaw triggering Bombs over the two Goldrins
Just one more video but even if he had found a taunt, he didn't have the gold to buy the taunt unless he sold second macaw, second goldrin and imp mama.
@@Tacobell1384 Kripp makes the decision at 25:11. He sells two minions off the board and has 3 minions in hand (that he doesn't want in the comp), so he can spend 5 gold, giving him 2 rolls to find a card he wants to buy.
You could even argue he has a third roll to find anything but the defender and houndmaster, as buying a taunt would leave him at 8 cards total, so he has to sell one (probably mama) anyways.

Not always man. Today I pulled off some good murlocs but lost dragons with divine shield, I didn't get divine shield and didn't get enough triples to get megasaurs. Just poisonous. The build you're talking about needs quite a bit of luck. I agree that some kind of nerf is necessary though.

Galakrond is a good card and my mind cannot be changed about this. Just spam hero power and freeze early game, turn 6 you have a 6 star and then you make a build around that 6 star and it’ll work. Unless you get Imp Mama which is kinda cringe.

Different cards can have different balancing for them. Not that hard to comprehend. Golden juggler used to deal 6 damage once too, but they buffed it by letting it do 3 damage twice.

@@seboll13 it's not a problem it's just that they changed how soul juggler worked for balancing purposes. like the guy said, it used to only shoot once and do 6 when it was gold and now it shoots for 3 twice. it was a way to make the card better, not to create inconsistency between card text
Forminlo sure I see, but the thing I mean is for instance: Golden primalfin makes you discover 2 cards, whereas Golden Murozond gives you only 1 card from your oponent but golden, which is not the same 🤷🏻♀️ things like that I meant, that over there was just an example.

Maexxna would've saved him there instead of the stupid Zapp. Gold macaw, 2 Goldrinns, Gold Hydra, Maexxna, Gold Baron and the chance to win even tho he didn't attack first was gonna be way bigger. Also if he gave taunt to one of the Goldrinns, the win was secured.
MrIAmAwesoome if he taunted the goldrins then they could have been sniped before the parrot attack. If both had taunt then it would be fine but at the time that he got argus he only had one goldrin
@@Tacobell1384 No he should've taunted just one of the Goldrinns so that he can sell the Bomb. That way he gets at least 4 Goldrinn procs with the Macaw and Baron both being golden.
