IMO the problem with Murlocs isn't the stats, it was the ability to give divine shield AND poisonous to all of them so not only could they kill anything with one hit, they can kill two things with one hit regardless of stats where the only counter really is divine shield to protect you for a hit and even then it's a battle of attrition. Now thankfully the ability to get divine shield on Murlocs was removed (unless you play George), but still the poison aspect just makes them too good when combined with mega stats, should be one or the other, and personally I'd like to see the only poisonous creature be those that can naturally get it like Maexxna I mean she's a 6 tier 2/8 which says something about the power of poison, but Murlocs have a 4 tier to give ANY murloc poison.
why don't they just make a card that gives murlocs divine shield only if the murloc has over 40 health or something so it stops murloc transitions but if you are already murlocs than you can get it

Listening to Kripp talk about that standard meta when he has no idea what he's talking about is really annoying. Face Hunter is not a good deck, neither is Libram Paladin. It sounds like he's looking at the Bronze through Gold HS Replay stats, which are a terrible representation of the meta, as they are only including bad players. Of course if you're a bad player you'll lose to face decks, but at higher ranks and in competitive the only good aggro deck is rogue, everything other one gets pushed out by Warrior Priest and Druid.
