    Practicing with FOCUS and INTENTION is the biggest lesson I learned the hard way as an athlete. Don't go to the court to just to shoot and think you're getting better.

    Hi coach I am just a normal dude playing basketball with no league experience or any serious 5v5 competition
    is there any way to get at their level without joining their league first . My weakness is when fatigue hits me I can't think well and you can say my mind is always blank but When I play defense I go all out but in Offense I dont know what to do. Thanks

      Yes I’d recommend playing some sort of 5 on 5 as much as possible so that you gain experience with it. Could be a league or just pickup but do it as much as possible.

      Lol In my high school we started practice 2 weeks before our first game and got crushed every game.

    Hello I'm 14 years old hooper from France and I'm struggling structuring my workouts like Idk if in a single workouts we need to practice all the area of the game like finishing workout,mid-range and 3 pts or we need to separate like Monday 3 pts (Off the catch, after a dribble, come off the screen) Tuesday Mid-range Wednesday Finishing Workout and then the same thing for the rest of the week except Sunday. Can someone help me?? I wish I could do 2 workouts a day🥲🙏🏾

      Not necessarily a right or wrong way to do it. My preference is a mix of shots, so every workout includes threes, pull-ups, different types of shots etc.

      @@VisionDrivenBasketball But I heard a coach says in CZcams that is better to focus in one thing per workout like one day 3 point off the catch or come of a screen and another days finishing or mid range etc cause we need to focus in one thing to mastered it
