      There’s no right answer to that! Start with one and if you have time and energy to do another then go for it

    Would it be too much if I change ball handling workouts every 2 weeks? Because I want to get better fast

    I have a friend that is way faster and more athletic in general than me i almost never get by him also it’s dificiult to attack him because he has a wide base and not really a top foot most of the time also he is very low so he can easily steal my corsses. And he has long arms how can i beat him
