I don't have a remote buggy just a push buggy. One thing I enjoy about golf apart from the game itself is walking down each fairway especially on a nice sunny day, smell of grass, birds chirping and enjoying nature and life. Golf is a great therapy
Golf makes me need therapy
Got it and love it. 193 miles on it at this point, so about 40 rounds at my home course. It will still be awhile before it pays for itself at $20/round, but it eventually will.
Love this cart, it is an absolute tank, so well built. Just don't buy the MGI brand accessories for it, they don't last. I found a company called Stadium Golf who make an All In 1 accessory for the MGI's, it holds everything you will ever need and comes with a high quality umbrella holder and extension for taller players like me.
Gives you the course management advantage of walking. You feel the wind as you go. Survey the land as you go. When you get to your ball, you should already know what shot you need to hit. Speeds up play for sure. As a kid, whoever reached their ball first could hit - ready golf. A three hour round was normal. 36 a day was common.
Also TWO umbrellas!
Mr.ShortGame is this a real offer? Zelle info looked iffy.
Was looking into a push cart recently because there’s something special about walking a course that you just don’t get from the experience in a cart. Never even imagined a remote cart because I figured they’d be bulky and not practical but this looks sick! Would love to add this to upgrade my golf game! Awesome demo 🤙🍻
I bought the alphard ewheels when it first came out for $400 and still using it, what i didn't like about using a push cart manually is "being bent over" in a slouch type position which is hard on the back. Best money I've spent in golf.
I just bought the AT Navigator from MGI's Australian Head office here in Nunawading Victoria and had my first round with it. Brilliant. I also own a Club Car but to be honest I got tired of people who play with you just assuming they can ride in your cart.
Number 2 reason is not really relevant to me. Most days I do 30 minutes on battle rope to help with arm strength. I have one of these and the main 2 reasons I love it are, I feel less fatigued at the end of the round and, it has certainly helped bring my handicap down, because of less fatigue. Great video as always Matt.
WARNING!!! Whatever happens, don't fall for scams out there. MGI zip navigator will notify the winner. I will also update here to let everyone know when the winner is announced. YOU WILL NEVER BE ASKED TO PAY ANYTHING OR TEXT A NUMBER!!!
Thank you so much for this follow up post. I was almost ready to pay. That would have been heartbreaking.
Eish I think I'm being scamed 😭😭😭
Thank you Matt, this scammer is very convincing. Appreciate the content!!
I was scammed. Asked 3 times to pay 42 dollars for shipping and finally to them to screw themselves. Thought this was legit. Mr. Short game needs to make this right.
Sigh… the spammer went straight to asking me for my email address and shipping address. How frustrating you let this happen.
Nice set up. I have been a life long "hoofer" but getting a little older now so I bought a push cart last year to safe on the back a little. When I'm in my 70's I'll get one of those.
Got my MGI Zip Navigator June 2021. First one at my club (Sagamore Golf Club), now there are about a dozen of us with our own MGI. I obviously had to name mine R2. Simply great product! It has really helped my low back which used to get really tight both carrying or pushing a cart. Tip of the cap to MGI.
I suffered a stroke over a year ago and took up golf for the exercise. I definitely could use this electric cart to save my back while trying to stay alive through doing more walking!
I agree that the best thing about a cart is you can enjoy the walk. One question I have: is it possible to drag the cart backwards? I am often offered to pull my cart behind a regular golf cart when there is a long walk between holes.
I literally have this cart. Bought it a month ago and I love it. Yes, I can walk, yes I used to carry my bag, yes I had a push cart. It’s revolutionary to your back. And your back will thank you! Who cares if you can carry or push, stop being cheap if you play golf every damn time you can this will keep you moving and focus on the important part!
For A Good Time
As I have been getting back into golf after more than 20 years away, I’ve been riding carts. Before, I rarely used them and prefer to walk, but at 65 now, I would prefer not to carry a bag, so I am looking at various push carts as well as these electric ones. Who knows, maybe I will win this one!
Good video. I have a push cart but I opt to carry my bag 9 times out of 10. It’s more efficient to me and my bag stays cleaner bc I don’t cram lot of stuff I don’t need in there just because I can. With a cart you have to watch where you are going with it too, you can’t just walk. It’s also easier going up and down hills carrying a bag versus push cart. Having played with people who have an electric cart I think it would get annoying have to drive it all day using a remote. I’ve also seen them tinkering with the remote trying to get their cart in the right position. And it’s just another thing you have to remember to charge. Just seems like more hassle than it’s worth.
I have a Caddie Lite and does every thing that the remote does with Ali Man Power.. and It is paid for...Thanks Matt
I have the MGI AT Navigator and it has changed the way I enjoy golf.
Love my zip navigator. Had it for 2 months, put 74 miles on it so far.
#11. After you hit an amazing wedge shot onto the green, you grab your putter and then use the remote to send your clubs over to the path to get ready for the next home while you walk over to your ball on the green.
Hey Mr.short game I am a junior golf her that lives in Arizona. I have to walk every single course I play because I don’t have 50$ to drop on one tee time.😂 so I walk in like 115° weather currently I have a pushcart but it would be awesome if I had an electric one.
I would love to ditch the power cart and start walking more. This would definitely help things out. Followed both.
Buying my remote buggy was one of my best investments in golf in the last ten years! Love the videos Matt! Be careful around deep bunkers, I have dumped mine in when not paying attention.
Be careful Brian. Seems like spam. They won’t send an official verification email and went right to asking for shipping address.
I would love one of these to alleviate the pain from that stupid tumor in my back. Love your videos Matt
I use my push cart as much as possible, however a remote cart with all those goodies is a game changer!!
Bought a bagboy push cart at Goodwill for $10 about 4 years ago. It's hard for me to upgrade to a motorized as much as I'd like to. I have done more walking this year then most; planning on doing more throughout the year.
I have the mgi zip navigator AT from Costco and it’s just simply changed my enjoyment of the game it’s amazing
Would absolutely love to get one of these. I do enjoy walking the course. I do enjoy golf a bit more when walking.
My one buddy just picked one up and I'm quite jealous.
Yep definitely won’t get as tired and fatigued while playing n using it, and mind stays clear as you said,
It’s a good investment if you have got the $$ for it, the good old push cart still good for me personally with the amount of gear I sometimes take on the corse if I don’t or can’t hire a cart
Maybe 1 day I’ll upgrade
I'm 8 rounds into the season (Canadian winters suck) and have committed to carry this year. I needed to sleep after the first couple of rounds but now I wouldn't have it any other way.
I love walking with my push cart. It just gets to hot in south Ga in the summer to be pushing that thing around so I ride a cart. I’d definitely walk with this tho. Send it on to me brother😎
Love walking the course it’s peaceful. And cheaper membership.
Love walking the course during golf. Gives time for decompression between shots. Although it is becoming harder the older I get lol. Would love to upgrade to one of these. Accounts followed
Great video and great product Matt. I always use a push cart but it'll wear you out pushing it up and down the hills at my home course here in WI.
love your videos Matt. I got an older remote cart and its great. I have more energy during the round and its always good to walk the course.
As an older golfer that likes to walk this is a great Idea.
My doctor told me to get in my steps. The Navigator is the best way to walk 18. Guys at the club laughed when I had the first one, now a dozen of them have one. And it's hardly any different looking than a push cart. I'm like Luke Skywalker out there with my R2 unit.
Your enthusiasm is off the charts! I’m not on any social media so I can’t enter, but that thing looks so cool. Your site is the best!!
It looks like you have a lot of fun out on the course! I've been thinking of a push cart for some time, maybe this will be the "Push" I've been waiting for!
I have a regular push cart, i would love to have one these to control around chambers bay!
It looks just like the Motocaddy M7 that I have. I love it!
I live on a golf course, I have a cart for when I’m playing at home as during the week, by myself, I can squeeze in 9 holes quickly after work. When I’m playing comps at home I’m usually pared with a similar golfer. However, as none of my cars have tow bars I can’t take it with me when playing elsewhere. I don’t carry my clubs in general (even though I do have a bag for that), rather just use the old fashioned trolley. Peps keep telling me to buy one of these and you may have just sold me on it and the brand. Thank you as I’ll google the specs and check out the companies website. I’m also happy to know it’s an Australian company, based in the same city I live in being voted the best city to live in from around the world several times. Melbourne. 👍😎🇦🇺
Be careful Marcus. Seems like spam. They won’t send an official verification email and went right to asking for shipping address.
@@ChrisLee-ls3zy Hi Chris, thank you for taking the time to comment. It was the very first thing I thought. It does however make you think how many people must fall for these types of scams which is scary.
I always rent the push carts at my local corse, would love a remote bag carrier.
I have had an MGI exactly like that for a year. My only real complaint is the bungies are not strong enough to hold the bag clamped to the cart going over bumps. When the bag bounces it comes down not being centered and tips the entire thing over with the bag falling off. I would like to see a ratchet system of some kind with straps instead of bungies.
Matt is the man. I need this when I retire.
A good push cart is just fine for me. The electric ones are just fluff IMO. They're cool but I can get everything you showed from the old manual one. Love your videos Mr. Short Game.
I hear you, but I've tried the push cart vs. electric at my home course, which is mega hilly. And the push cart is more work than carrying. On a flat or even less hilly course, I'm on board with you though.
@@tdaveniii i feel the same way i gave up at push carting. So annoying on hills and just pushing it around all round.
I find carrying to be more enjoyable although im sure an electric cart would be great.
A electrically assisted push cart would be the perfect solution. So you still have to push it and steer, but on hills etc you just have to push very lightly
You're such a good dude, Matt. We love your unique approach to commentating your videos, you are always a crack up! We love you right back! :-)
bought a push cart at the start of covid and have never looked back . I love walking a round of golf.
Look I’ve said it before now again THE GREATEST THING EVER INVENTED FOR GOLF. PERIOD. I will never give mine up. No 90 degree rule No cart path only. You go straight to your ball and have everything at your fingertips.
Advantage of carrying a sand bucket to fill your divots which U don't get when carrying your bag. I love walking courses.
Seems to be a great option! I applied the instructions. Hope I will win this!!! So excited! And thank you so much for your job mat!
This is an amazing contraption. Would make walking down the Fairway way more enjoyable.
Is this real Mr. Short game??
How does this push cart not have the mesh basket up by the handle. For that reason alone, I’m out
Great video, I tried the Alphard Club Booster linked with a Rovic for a couple of months, then sold it, just didn’t work how I thought it would and misplaced the remote twice mid rounds! Also didn’t like how you couldn’t use it without the remote.
This trolley looks a lot more built for purpose though so works better.
Be careful Drew. Can’t seem to get a verification email - they ask for your shipping address right away. Seems like spam.
@@ChrisLee-ls3zy yes definitely Spam been reported
Do you guys know of a electric trolley without a remote? So you still have to push it and steer, but just very lightly because the motor helps you.
I expect them to be cheaper than the ones with remotes and also don’t really trust them with hazards etc.
Love the content, I have a couple members with these trolleys they’re great!
Massively stressed me out seeing you on the tee box with the trolley though! Might be a UK thing..
I get it man, we dont do that across on the other side of the sea. Neither do we use a cart every round, only thing youll see here are push buggys and carry bags
Edit; im from The Netherlands
Followed both. Great video would love to get this bag for my dad who I play golf with all the time.
Great Video Matt! I have been really interested in getting one of these. I seem to lose some energy on the course around hole 15 and lose my concentration on the remaining few holes. Would love one of these! Keep up the great content!
Do you eat on the course? Had the same issue but as I have improved my fitness and made sure to snack on the course I have found that I have energy throughout the round
@@ahastar1141 I do snack. Usually some protein bars or something of that sort. I might need to do a better job of that. Thanks!
YES! to the alone time and speeding things up!
Best reason, it's not gonna break your back and yah won't be sweating from pushing it up all them goat tracks!
Great video, would love a remote push cart but sadly not in the budget LOL. Maybe one day when they are significantly less expensive 😅
Matt, that frigging thing is $1,400! Holy moly.
Followed and followed. Appreciate your generosity and knowledge as always Mr Short Game.
Great video Matt,I have to get one, don't have to push or pull a cart again.
My Fitbit loves when I play golf. Not just the steps but also the Fat Burning Zone minutes.
I'm in Matt. Been wanting one of these for a while.
I've been using a psh cart for many years. I seem to play better as I have my mind on my game. I love your videos & look forward to the next one.
Leo
Looks like an awesome product!
Will do !
Followed both 🤟
Where did you buy your golf bag from and what company is it from?
I'm really hoping that you might read this but the video's old and you're a big time CZcamsr but you have demoed the follow cart the remote cart and the E bike which one would you prefer. the most
I’ve been wanting a push cart for just the exercise alone! I’m in my 50’s now and need to exercise! So maybe I win the cart and it gets me going! Love the videos Matt, keep them up!
Be careful Sean Murray. Can’t seem to have a verification email - they ask for your shipping address right away.
Damn they got me. Sean don't fall for the scam
Over 300 rounds with mine...love every round...makes carrying that case of beer effortlessly - JK...great system...
Hi Matt, been watching you for a long time now and love the videos. You have helped my golf game tremendously and hope to improve further. Great video. 👍🏼
Jimmy don't fall for it it's a scam
@@user-dq4ex7id8j I didn’t, but thanks bro
Been really considering getting one because I like to walk the course but carrying/pushing the clubs doesn’t help my lower back that’s been having some issues.
Seems like spam. They won’t send an official verification email and went right to asking for shipping address.
I’ve got a push cart given to me but I haven’t been able to get an electric one. This would be awesome
I've thought about buying one of these. Just so expensive. I'm saving for a new Driver and 3 Wood before I buy one
Would love to have one.
It was my birthday Saturday. It'd be cool to get this for a gift one year
Two umbrellas? I can never remember 1
These carts have my interest, but out of my budget
You Americans are so funny , in the UK about 90% of players use elec trollies and only 10 % use buggies actually probably 30% carry!!
Kind of curious about the remote is it like an RC car? Does it have multiple speeds?
Carry your own bag. Limit the clubs and balls. Really not much weight and it is good exercise
Good Video I enjoy walking down fairway, golf is good for your mind
what are the more affordable options? and are they any good?
I'm from UK and nobody really uses a golf buggy a. trolley is so much better. not only that you're getting exercise as well
Would really love to have one of these!
Followed. This would be perfect for my pops to walk more rounds with me
Followed both! Love your content keep up the good work. Come to Richmond Hill golf club just outside of Savannah and play a round.
#1 reason, I just love golf haha.
Love your videos, keep going and see you soon👊
these been huge in u.k. for years
Great review! a little more exercise couldn't hurt!
I ❤️ my MGI ZIP NAVIGATOR A/T.!!!!! Worth the $1700.00 easy
My father won’t switch from his 13 degree Nike ignite driver from 2005 or 2006 but complains he doesn’t hit the ball far. Can you a side by side comparison of equipment from 2005 vs equipment from 2022!? Upvote if you have a friend who could use a driver upgrade
Electric cart is a game changer.
Nice promo!!!
Which model is best from MGI?
Thanks Mr. ShortGame!
Love my zip navigator
My number one reason for getting it is exercise. Next would that I focus so much better on my game when walking. Your point about playing faster I never thought of…but it makes sense as You go straight to your ball do your thing and move on
Followed both! Hoping to win this bad boy
