Moist and Delicious Banana Bread
1 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour (sifted first, then measured)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
3 large or 4 small/medium very ripe bananas, peeled and the strings removed.
1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Made the banana bread again. It's very easy for me and moist. I didn't have cinnamon so I used pumpkin pie spice instead and it's still very good. Thank you Ms. Elaine!
