I love that Biden stop the banks greedy overdraft charges of $30. If they do it all I think they are limited to $8 fees. They stopped the fees entirely for my BofA to transfer overdraft from my saving to checking. He also stopped the $30 late fees for credit cards.

It didn't cost us anything. None of the incentives were paid out after govenor Evers renigged on the deal and Foxcon backed out of building and developing tech/manufacturing jobs in Wisconsin.
Foxconn contributed 900 million to the state of Wisconsin in 2017 alone... And continue giving Wisconsin large sums of money till 2021 when they pulled out of the deal... And if I remember in 2021 there was a huge electronics and ship shortage so how can you start up an electronics factory without the parts.. and wasn't it Democratic majority that pushed to have businesses shut down during that time period.... Some of us aren't stupid enough to believe everything MSNBC says

maybe you hadn't noticed, but workers' wages have been increasing ACROSS THE BOARD in the USA while still keeping inflation stable. Until this administration, most economists would have said that was an impossibility, yet it has happened. Why is that? Because along stream of administrations had been persuaded that the only route to job creation was through inflationary policies without increasing government income.

Outsourcing our manufacturing jobs not only cost America jobs, it cost us our core competency in many technical areas. Now we can reclaim it. The only thing outsourcing did was give already rich people more money in their own pockets. Nothing for us. When it was WE who built that technology from the ground up.
Honey, I remember how one company I worked for decided to send all their factory work to Mexico. They laid off experienced workers to pay uneducated folks $3.75/hour. First 6 months: Quality dropped from 94-97% to 79%. The company saw approximately 70% turnover, and no wonder: Those workers could live for 6 months on 4 weeks pay.
One more reason to bring up the tuition forgiveness issue. Let's get back to work.

This sounds great, but wait.... there is something wrong about the logic.
How can you move the jobs from lower income countries (eg Taiwan/Korea) and do those in US, and benefits the US workers? Either you have to pay US workers similar to those countries, meaning US workers have to lower their salary, or the factories have to pay high wages so that their expensive products cannot compete internationally.
So these new US factories can ONLY sell their expensive US products to the limited US market, because the government then has to bar cheaper imports to protect the US factories from international competition, and without economy of scale they will be getting more and more expensive and inefficient, and these quasi state-owned enterprises will die eventually just like in Communist planned ecomomies.
The government should instead focus on what services or social problems the US need to fix, spend money in those areas and employ Americans to solve those problems. Those will be "real" jobs that can pay high to US workers, will be long term work and won't bankcrupt, and bring real social benefits to the US society to benefit US citizens.
Examples will be investment in medical services for the people, long term investment in infrastructure. investment in NEW high tech / green tech / bio tech (NOT copying what Taiwan/Korea are already doing and with a lot more efficiency than US can).
Creative and innovative should be US's strength over international competition, NOT moving factories from lower-cost countries to US and dream that those factories can become competive and not failing.
