Very nice and clean installation. How do you drill the hole in the grill? How big does the hole need to be?

I used a razor blade to cut the hole. It is soft plastic. Just cut the hole to match the wire mount.

@@TheEVAddict Thanks Mike. What about the screw holes, did you have fasteners, or did they drill into the plastics? If they drilled into the plastics what if the hole gets stripped?

@@TheEVAddict Thanks Mike. What about the screw holes, did you use some type of fastener or did the screw screw into the plastic? If the screws just screwed into the plastic what if the screw holes get stripped? Also are the screws sturdy enough to keep for it repeated plugging and unplugging, i.e. once a day?

I drilled into the plastic. I would suggest going slow to avoid stripping. They shouldn’t ever just strip on their own. Cheers.

Yes/ the screws are sturdy enough and coated.

    Hi Mike:
How in the hell do you always seem to get your car to work?? I'm having nothing but ongoing problems! Where in FL are you in? I'm in Daytona Beach. When I try to turn on the car, I get all these error messages, something about the ADAP NOT working, the battery icons come on, the tire pressure icon comes on , oh, and for some reason, my windshield wipers keep coming on! ANY ideas?
    Thanks!

I’m in Jax Florida!!! You should stop by! We can check it out. My guess is you’re a little bugged but not bad. when 2.2 pushes to you and it should be very soon, make sure not to open the door and allow it to finish. It is very important that it is allowed to finish.
