Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey have been overturned and with it, the principle of Stare Decisis and the concept of substantive Due Process and the Right to Privacy has been shaken to its core. Next they will overturn Obergefell v Hodges, Lawrence v Texas, Loving v Virginia, and Griswold v. Connecticut. Time to fight like hell.

Finally the court will get rid of that abomination Roe. It’s too bad 63 million unborn human beings had to die first

Privacy to do what? People conspire to rob banks in private. Men abuse their wives in private. Does this privacy right mean a state can’t have laws against conspiracy or domestic abuse? Who knows.
As Robert Bork said the made up privacy right is a “loose cannon In the law”. It is just a means for unscrupulous justices like Blackmun and Kennedy to insert their policy preferences in the constitution
Don’t forget the same reasoning used in Dred Scott was used in Roe. Namely substantive due process
Alito had to go through the history of abortion in common law and statutory law to show that abortion was always treated as the horror it was. As scientific knowledge advanced the quickening standard gave way to a more scientific one based on embryology.

As I was reading these remarks I continued to listen to him. OMG what a bunch of horse crap he put out. ANYONE at all can make a case like he did for anything by cherry picking comments of a few who FIT their narrative. I have listened to many politicians and media outlets in the past few weeks concerning abortion and I am tired of people like him BS'ing and attempting through any means to distort the subject.
@Chris Wen I will address the appointments of judges by "the Right". There are numerous books out there explaining the efforts each party goes to in order to get "their" judges on courts. Millions of dollars are spent of this effort by both parties. Once again plenty of information on that. There probably will always be one party that is in the minority and one in the majority. The minority group is not going to throw up there arms and say we give up you can do what you want - we will no longer make the same efforts that you do. There is also many books and stories on where the money comes from. When I started getting interested in politics the power came from the rich who owned newspapers and magazines. And those "dark horses" the fat cats of magazine and newspaper owners did the same thing that is done now. Each party wants to get that power by any means and that continues today. The story is that over one billion dollars was spent just to get ONE senator in office. Does that sound like someone was trying to do the right thing for the "people" or democracy. You can find stories about dark money going to judges for the past one hundred years at least to get them appointed for both parties. Democrats and Republicans are just as bad in this Sport of Justice for all.

Also there are 13 districts in our country not counting subsidiaries. So we could actually have more than 13 judges sitting on the bench. If we set up 13 permanent positions and then a arbitrary number like say nine that rotate out based on political party every say midterm, major election, or how about both thus limiting terms on the rotating court every election. The chances of all nine justices being of the same political ofiliate is neer impossible even with equal odds.

No joke there are tons of articles on this subject. I know because I can't get around like I used to so I have a lot of time to educate myself on such subjects.
The same people that baught our government and justice system also own almost all of the main stream media outlets. Seriously this is not a conspiracy because even some independent outlets that are very reputable have been sounding the alarm for decades but slowly have been eaten and silenced by these same groups. Just Google dark money and pick and choose which one to watch, read, or listen to that checks out in a fact check.

I'm pro-life.
Their lives.
Women's lives.
You don't get to pick and choose which scenarios should be accepted.

This guy, Senator Whitehouse is amazing! So sad that most politicians and judges have no credibility. People are going to be in for a rude awakening when Roe is overthrown and women start dying from medical problems during pregnancy as well as panicked girls/women who will do anything to terminate their unwanted pregnancy.
