Who thinks this quad will run?
That motor will not shift laying on its side and you have to kind of rock the transmission shaft back and forth while doing it.
One of my first experiences on a quad was a blaster bad ass quad!!! It was a racing one it would snatch your hands off the steering when you floored it
3/16 in round ball bearing will work for clutch push rod ball bearing. I have been torn apart old axle bearings apart and used the ball bearing out of them.
You need another big work bench, time to get off the floor LOL
Sweet can't wait to hear it run,I have a 92 and have owned it since 96,it has its original color however and it still runs like a charm 👍😊...
That’s were the arm goes there is a bolt broke off in there easy fix if you can get the broke bolt out

I remember putting together a blaster just like this last year, it was a ton of fun and it had power too, enough power to wheels with my 215lb fatass.

Shift detention and spring are missing. It stripped out. Gonna continue to watch till you notice. Happy you are doing a blaster. One of my favorites to work on.
