In every broadcast of the Pacquiao vs Cotto fight, the announcers we're saying Pacquiao is one of the greatest fighters of all time when that fight finished. He challenged himself coming from a smaller weight class and totally destroyed other hall-of-fame caliber fighters.
I'd put Pacquiao as the 2nd or 3rd greatest pound for pound fighter EVER, and you could even make a case for number 1. A former Flyweight winning linear titles in 8 divisions is absolutely insane- especially since he skipped a couple.

He is the type of boxer that fight the fight like many of his Mexican opponents; namely Marquez, Margarita, Cotto and delà Hoya. When he fought Floyd, Floyd is a clever boxer doesn’t allow his opponent to outbox him but then again it is boring to watch.
