It's so your legs don't cool down. Try running on a treadmill for 10 minutes straight, sit down for one minute, then stand up. You'll legs will feel stiff and tired.

Always thought Chavez was super tough. For a guy with no amateur career straight to the pros and for awhile trucked over opponents. Just happen to be in the Canelo era. Canelo is very exciting.
