The xterra is the forgotten off-roader in my opinion. Never gets mentioned but they are just as capable as anything else you’d see out there like a Bronco, FJ Cruiser, etc
4runner is bulletproof reliable, even more so than this xterra, and you can get a v8 if you can find it for the 4th gen. But the xterra is gonna be a hell of a lot cheaper. I've got a 2020 4runner and I love her so I'm biased
@@Off_RoadXterra actually the rav4 is pretty agile I just ment it was to easy for the xterra. I also drive a 2012 pathfinder, the big brother to the xterra. Both are awesome

Those Pro4X Xterras are starting to creep up in price. $13k for one with 160k miles and one with 60k going for 27k in so-cal.
A rugged compact SUV is just what the market desperately needs nowadays, too bad we most likely won't get one :(

Love my 2012 pro 4x. It's a beast and actually commutes nicely. Beats the crap out of daily driving a wrangler or xj.

@@Off_RoadXterra definitely Nissan is great. But I got FJ Cruiser. And it's been good so far. I think it's a little bit like Xterra - robust.

I just luckily stumbled across a manual 04' last week locally here in Canada for 3k! 200k kms on it (125k Miles) I instantly fell in love!!

Too steep to go in at an angle. But I’m also not worried about scraping or hitting my steel hitch.
If you’re worried about scraping the back end then you don’t belong off roading

why put a light bar in front of off-road lamps? kids is not intelligent
The little roof off-road lights were wayyyy too bright so I went thru the trouble to install and wire up a less bright light bar.
